The following week, the campus buzzed with whispers about Sophia’s identity. It didn’t take long for the news to spread beyond the university. On a crisp morning, a group of reporters from a popular media outlet set up outside the main building, their cameras and microphones ready to capture any hint of newsworthy material.

Sophia, heading to her next class, was approached by the reporters. They recognized her immediately and began firing questions.

“Sophia, what’s it like being the daughter of a prominent politician?”

“Do you enjoy your time at Princeton, despite your high-profile background?”

“Is it hard to balance your private life with your public image?”

Sophia, taken aback but remaining composed, smiled and responded graciously. “My father is a hardworking and dedicated person. Sometimes he’s busy, but he always makes time for me. I love my parents dearly and wouldn’t be here without their support. As for university, I’m here to study and experience college life just like anyone else.”

She continued, “I appreciate your interest, but I have a class to attend. It was nice talking to you all.”

With that, she politely excused herself and walked towards her class, leaving the reporters to discuss their brief encounter.

Back at home, Sophia’s parents were watching the news coverage. Her mother shook her head in frustration. “Seriously? She wanted to go to university like a normal student, and now she’s being interviewed by the media.”

Her father, however, appeared more philosophical about the situation. “The media always finds out everything. But you know what? Our girl knows how to handle herself in front of a camera. I’m proud of how she managed that interview.”

Her mother sighed, still concerned. “I just wish she could have a bit more privacy. It’s supposed to be her time to explore and be a student without all this extra attention.”

Her father nodded. “I understand. It’s tough balancing privacy with her public role. But Sophia’s doing well. She’s handling it with grace.”
