Hearing the sweet humming from your sister's lullaby, her beautiful long chestnut hair curled like the wool of the sheep. Soft as the finest silk. Her skin tone is as vibrant as the sun. Her lips were plump eyes wide with the firing emblem of the unknown.

Fingers as thin as her bones.

Slowly leaving the realm of the untrue you felt the conscious mind settle in. The tone of your sister's transitioned to that of a more masculine one. Yet how would a man know her lullaby?
Sweeping away like the sea at float a wave of weightless ease. Seeing the passings of stones. The wild nature of the forest that has overgrown the lands. The smell of wood and of moss. Plane grass below and dark green trees that umbrella the sky from above. Closing your eyes you swept away into the nothing of a welcoming darkness.

When you finally awoke you felt the world swirl around as you looked at the concrete ground with stones resting around.
"Awake are you?" Scaling the wall before you with your eyes to see a large gray cat resting on the opening of what would be a window.
The night sky behind her breaks the light of what she is. A great feline with jaws wider than the average cat. Her teeth showing with no out layer to shield her jaws.

"I am Alvina of the Darkroot Woods.
I command a clan of hunters who track down defilers of the forest graves." She spoke with a rasp as you could hear the pitch of her growl. "Where am I?" You asked groggy, slowly standing up and approaching her. "Is it not so that thou art new?"
You looked to your left seeing the remensce of what used to be the entry to this once housing. Standing outside in the wild was a man in armor that is unknown to you. "I am." You responded cautiously looking back at her.

"Knight, thou fared well to find me." Alvina's words were sharp as her voice tended to the amount of years and wisdom bestowed to her.

"The knight who brought thee here, spoke of thy potential, but also of thy fragility. Thou art wounded, body and soul. Thy wounds have been tended. Adorned knight thy and spoke of guide thee on thy path. But first, thou must listen, and heed my words."

You nodded your head seeing the men walking around.
"This knight? Was he adorned in gold?"

Alvina shook her head for a bit. "Indeed. Bested through the woods with thy wounded. Cross the path of the hydra he arose with you in arms."

You felt the air from your lungs being stolen away. The beat in your heart skipping. Lautrec brought you here for safety and to join the covenant. Such is, making you think if this was his way of rewarding you for freeing him. This means he had passed through the headless demon. "He had gone through such a lengthy process to bring me here. How honorable and brave of him. What strength and determination he had to bring me here."

You looked around. "I was told of the Darkwood Garden containing the grave of the great Knight named Artorias. Is this of truth?"

Alvina growled displeased.
"My advice true, forget this! The legend of Artorias art none but a fabrication. ...Traversing the dark? 'Tis but a fairy tale. Have thine own respect, go not yonder knocking for nothing, I say!"

You nodded quickly scared, upsetting this fair creature of years of wisdom. "My apologies. Was but curiosity."

She hummed silently, turning her head to the side examining you.
"Well indeed, thou art a strange one! Nevertheless, I feel some liking for thee. What dost thou say? Wilt thou not join us? Oh yes, I believe we would suit thee well."

You looked around the remains of the housing. Stepping out one of the huntsmen unsheathed his sword cautiously looking at you. You looked at the night sky above and the grown trees of the woods. There were many of the huntsmen. Of sorcerers, of thieves, of eastern lands, of bandits and of knights. Slowly stepping back into the heaven of Alvina's territory you looked at the feline.
It was your intent to enter this place to begin with. When it was first mentioned to you by Andre you were too scared to enter the unknown. Yet, Lautrec brought you here..

"Yes." You responded and agreed to her terms of joining the covenant. She bestowed a ring which will summon you if needed. Sliding the ring on you stepped out as the huntsmen turned away, no longer feeling threatened by your existence. Walking to the exotic warrior he turned to face you. "You are quite exotic. Of what lands are you from?" You asked curiously.

His right shoulder guard was the face of a wild beast with fangs and fur, a lion's head. The thick plating and heavy clothing shows the indication of the harsh weather he must have endured from his home lands. His helmet as a hockey helmet wide and long with horizontal opening. A texture of dark red cloth behind the straps of his armor was reminiscent of blood. The Murakumo he held with his left hand leaned against his shoulder is in category a curved sword a strength not far from yours is required to wield such a weapon. In his right hand the Iron round shield seemed inferior from the Silver knights and Black knights shield. Clear of terms it seems to be in the heavyweight class shields. One you are not willing to test.
