Miya Centric:
It had been a few weeks since Jimin had found out what had been happening to Miya. Minho and the others hadn't done anything to her during this time, surprisingly. She was sure that Minho was seething and would do something as payback. She didn't regret what she did, though.

Or maybe Chan had put some sense into them? He seemed like he hated her the least in her eyes. This was the calmest the boys had ever been... second only to the time when she was sick. Despite that, her gut was telling her that something big was about to happen...

"Has anything changed?" Jimin's voice rang out from Miya's phone as she walked back to the dorm.

Jimin had called her to talk about the situation with the boys. Miya had decided to answer the call outside of the dorm under the pretence of taking a walk and getting some exercise. At least she was killing two birds with one stone. She honestly doubted if the boys would notice or even care, but she didn't want to take any chances. Lest she wanted to find out what they do to her...

Miya lets out a huff, shaking her head even though Jimin can't see her. "They haven't done anything so far. I'm 100% sure they still hate me, however. It's kind of scary how calm they're being, honestly."

There was a pause. Miya could hear Jimin sigh in frustration before she responded. "I just hope It's not the calm before the storm. Seriously, it's been about a month. I don't know if I can keep quiet any longer."

Miya's eyes widened at the last thing the older said, panic beginning to course through her veins. Were they boys acting so calm because they were actually planning something? She didn't want to find out. She honestly didn't know what to do. She didn't want anyone else to find out.

She let out a breath before responding, using Jimin's English name and a tone she knew the older couldn't resist. "Come on, Cathy. Can't you keep quiet just a little longer? For me?" She batted her eyelashes, knowing that Jimin could already picture her puppy dog eyes.

Another pause. This one was longer. Miya had almost thought that Jimin had left the call before she got a response. "Fine. Things better change for the better soon, though," the older replies reluctantly.

Miya's expression lit up as she responded cheerfully. "Thank you! This is why I love you."

She could hear Jimjn groan in faux annoyance. "Whatever. Love you too... I have to go now. Dance practice is calling."

Miya rolls her eyes, wishing they could talk longer. "When does Sunshine not overwork you? We didn't even get to talk about anything else... but take care. Say hi to Kyra and the others for me."

Jimin replies, exhaustion in her voice. "Will do. Bye Yami!" She then ends the call.

Miya looked around after putting her phone back in the pocket of the jeans she was wearing. She was still quite a distance from the dorms. She carries on, getting lost in her thoughts on the way.

Regarding being introduced to the public... the reactions were mixed. On one hand, Stay and Be-friends were supportive of her being in the group. She was grateful that they had accepted her even if she was five years late.

On the other hand... just like in any fandom, there had to be toxic "fans". She hadn't even officially debuted yet, but she was already receiving malicious comments and even a few death threats. The comments mainly accused her of stealing their "precious oppas" away from them. Some of them were straight up hating on her and threatening to harm her. That, as well as the boys' behaviour towards her, was not doing her health any good.

While the comments and threats were hurtful, she sucked it up. She knew that they were part and parcel of being an idol. Besides, everything would be okay, right?

The sight of the door to the dorm in front of Miya broke her out of her line of thought. "Damn. Already?" she mutters. She bad been enjoying herself.

She opened the door and entered the dorm. She noticed the dorm was quieter than usual before she remembered. Right. Only Minho, Hyunjin, Seungmin and Jeongin were in the dorm right now. The Aussies had gone to the studio to work on the English in a few songs, while Changbin and Han had gone to work on some raps.

Barely had Miya stepped into the living room when she was grabbed by the collar of her shirt and harshly pushed up against a nearby wall, her feet dangling in the air. Her eyes widened as she looked at her assailant. It wasn't Minho again... but rather Hyunjin.

'Not again,' she thinks, suddenly feeling very small. She cursed herself inwardly, wondering why she had to be shorter than the boys.

Hyunjin smirked at her, his tone playful but condescending. "Did you really think it was all over? Like Minho said, it's your fault you got sick..."

Miya tuned out his voice as she suddenly remembered Jimin's words from earlier. They felt prophetic now. I just hope it's not the calm before the storm.

A sense of urgency filled her as she began clawing at the hands on her collar, desperate for escape. Her nails left scratches on Hyunjin, but he just winced before brushing it off. He leaned in, about to do something that she didn't want to find out when he was interrupted by the sound of someone's voice.

"Put her down. Right now."

A random double update because why not? Plus, I just felt like it. Also, cliffhanger because yes. But the chapters I'd typed out are almost done. Whoops!
