Chapter 6 : A place to call home

Harry's good mood slightly decreased as the Hogwarts express was arriving in king's cross. Even though it was for a short period of time he still had to see the dursley's for a week and that didn't made him very happy. His bad mood didn't last for too long as when he got of the train he saw Sirius waiting for him with a smile.

"Missed me Harry? Hey Hermione, Ron" said Sirius with a grin When they got off the train

"Hi Sirius ! Glad to see you out and free" responded both of them

"What are you doing here? Am I not supposed to go back to privet drive for a week?" Asked Harry hopefull

"Unfortunately you still have too, but you don't really think I was going to let you go with those awful muggles without giving them some friendly advices about how they should act with you this week, don't 'you? And of course as I am now a free man I couldn't miss your arrival" Responded Sirius with a grin

"As long as I would absolutely love you to turn my uncle into a pig, I don't really want to attend another trial because you hexed a muggle, even thoug he most definitely deserves it" half joked Harry

"Well you actually know that I can't in fact do that, but they don't know it. They just know that you can't because you are under age" winked Sirius.

"Well in that case you should know that I may have let out the fact that you are not indeed a mass murderer because they were so afraid of you that I just had to say your name to get some peace. Poor old uncle will be shitting his pants when he sees you"

"Good" grinned ferocely Sirius.

After saying bye to Ron and Hermione and getting a big hug by Mrs Weasley Harry and Sirius went throught platform 9 3/4 to find the dursley's on the muggle side of king's cross

"You took your time boy, hurry up and get your trunk in the car" was the first thing Vernon said to Harry

"Hello to you too uncle, aunt petunia, Dudley. I have someone to introduce to you actually"

Petunia and Dudley greeted Harry coldly as always.Vernon who did not pay any attention to Sirius was looking even more irritated

"I have no intention on meeting any freak of that dammed school" groaned Vernon

"Good afternoon. I am Sirius, Harry's godfather" cutted Sirius in a civil way which impressed Harry as he was sure he was dying to indeed turn his uncle into a pig right now. His tone was still rather cold and a bit angry but Harry was sure he was the only one that noticed. The three of them turned extremely pale in one second

"Hi..his what?" Asked aunt Petunia
"His godfather, you heard me correctly Madam. So I was not able to look after Harry during the last years because of some personal problems. But as now I can, I am officially becoming his legal guardian again. Unfortunately as your house has some kind of blood protection on Harry that needs to be reactivated every year. I am forced to let him go with your for a week for his safety. I so advise you to treat my godson in the best way possible during this week because if he tells me anything suspicious when I come get him by the end of the week you will truly regret the day you were born. Am I clear? Even thought he began his speech in a very calm and civil way. Sirius had said the last two sentences with a tone that could even have scared Harry.

The dursley's who looked absolutely terrified and ready to shit their pants nodded their heads. Dudley directly took care of Harry's truck for him and aunt Petunia asked him if he wanted to sat in the front seat of the car for a change. Harry took his time to say goodbye to Sirius and thanked him for that. He also promised him to write if anything goes wrong during this week but he was positively sure that his little speech will guarantee him some peace for the following week.
