The next day Harry woke up in a bad mood, he wasn't really ready for all the staring and chatting of the others students about him. His mood worse even more when he understood that he probably had forgotten his potion book at home. He made a mental note to ask Sirius to send it to him later.

He ate his breakfast still feeling in a very bad mood because of the student who were staring as expected and because his first class of the day was DADA which would have make him very happy if it wasn't with Snape.

Snape's class turned out to be about non verbal spells which made Harry's mood slightly better because he became quite good at it by practising and duelling with Sirius during summer so there was no way it could go wrong even with Snape. At least that what Harry thought. As expected Snape was his old self and as always he was taking a bunch of points from Gryffindor and giving a lot to Slytherin. It should have bothered Harry because he was used to it but it did.

He wasn't really paying attention when Snape casted a non verbal spell at him.

"Protego !" Shouted Harry by reflex. His spell was so strong that Snape hit his desk.

"Do you remember me telling you that we are practising non verbal spells Potter" asked Snape in a very cold tone

"Yes"

"Yes, Sir" corrected Snape

"There is no need to call me sir Professor" responded Harry without even understanding the words had indeed left his mouth. Some students including Hermione gasped but Ron Dean and Seamus were grinning and looking like they were containing their laugh.

"Detention Potter, Saturday night at my office. I won't tolerate that kind of attitude even by the so called 'chosen one' " said Snape before dismissing class.

"That was brilliant Harry" said Ron finally letting his laughter go.

"You shouldn't have said that Harry, why did you?" Asked Hermione

"I don't know I didn't think I just thought about how awful he was to me during those occlumency sessions intentionally and I just lost it"

"Maybe he wasn't doing that on purpose Harry" tried Hermione

"Oh but he was. I practised occlumency again this summer with Sirius and I can tell you it was nothing similar" replied Harry still angry

"What? You practised magic out of school?" Asked Ron astonished

"Yeah with you know what and everything Dumbledore gave Sirius the autorisation of teaching me some stuff" replied Harry, who didn't want to break the promise he made his godfather to not talk to them about the trace.

A 3rd year girl came minutes later to deliver a letter to Harry. It was from Dumbledore who told him he would have private lessons with him and the first one would be on Saturday in two weeks. It was perfectly on time to make his explanation to Ron and Hermione about practising magic even more believable

"Brilliant... Dumbledore wants to teach me in some private lessons" commented Harry with irony after reading the note. He didn't hate Dumbledore with a passion like Snape but he was still kind of pissed about his behaviour last year and the fact that he wanted to teach him stuff could only mean that his period of peace was over.

"That's very good Harry, it's a big privilege being taught by Dumbledore" said Hermione

"Yeah well that also means it would be related to you know what and I'm not thrilled about the idea" responded Harry

"Don't worry mate we're right behind you" encouraged Ron

After that theywent to eat their lunch before the afternoon classes started
