"My Family started the search for my partner." He stated while staring at her from the bed.
She paused while buttoning up her shirt and casually asked, "Who is sick this time?"
"No One! I am planning to give in due to all the noise they are making by sending those pictures and details." He said without any change in his tone.
"Good! Send me a card when the date is fixed." She said arranging her hair properly and then turned to stare at him.
"This is a goodbye then. Advance congratulations, Mr. Sharma!" she added nodding at him politely which just contradicted with what took place earlier between them on this bed.
His fingers twitched under the blanket which he ignored and calmly asked her, "I need to discuss with you something."
"If it is about putting an end to all this, there is no need. I wouldn't continue it as that would make me something else. Also, no need to worry about me reaching out again." She calmly replied.
"Marry Me!" He blurted out which shocked both of them.
He already planned to say these words but it shocked him because he was always the person who slowly walks the person into the matter with more discussion but here he just said those words.
He overcame his shock and opened his mouth to explain but she shook her head saying, "No! Have a safe flight, Mr. Sharma."
He stared at her and gave her a nod saying, "Okay! Goodbye, Ms. Joshi." and she left the room nodding back at him.

Hello Everyone! Finally back after such a long gap which I didn't expect I will take. This will be my 36th story... Updates will be once a week and if any urgent work or some other issue where I couldn't update, I will be informing ahead.
Actually this premise was a comedy genre when I first had the thought and I took it up to follow the same but I don't feel like writing a comedy genre and so made changes here and there t come up with this...
Even though the trope is not a new one but the process will be my way completely... I hope a chance will be given to this and I also hope I didn't lose my ease of writing from earlier and do justice for the wait and also this story and mainly to all of you...
How is the prologue? Any thoughts?
