Tyler watched Jaymes walk out of the house and towards Javi, who had just pulled in.

"Hey, uh, I'm sorry about what I said earlier."

She nodded, "It's fine, and you were kind of right."

"If there's anything I can say or do to make it feel better..." He trailed off, waiting for her response.

Jaymes looked at him sternly. "You can give me your Par data."

Javi nodded and walk towards the car that had Scott in the driver's seat. She heard them have a brief banter, but she ignored it.

He handed her a black device that held the data.

"I needed money to start Storm Par." He said guilty. "That's why I went into business with Riggs. I want to help people too, Jaymie, I really do. I said what I said cause I... I carry that guilt with me, too. Every single day of my life. I'm sorry."

She looked at him, her gaze softening. "Javi, stay and help us. Riggs and all the money can be left in the past. We can make this work. Finally solve this together, like we always wanted to when we were kids."

He looked away and half laughed half scoffed, "Y'know, there was a time I do anything for you, Jaymes."

"Javi, please, please don't do this."

Before he could answer, Scott interrupted. "Javi, let's go, we got a storm developing near Union. The team's waiting."

"I better get back to work. The more data, the better the business."

She forced a smile. "Yeah, yeah I get it." She grabbed the keys and handed them to Javi. "Sorry I stole your car."

"It's all right. Look, uh, be careful out there." He took a few steps backwards before coming back to her and wrapping her a hug. "I love you, Jaymes. I'm sorry."

Before she could answer, he pulled away and started walking towards the Storm Par truck.

She watched as they drove off, a bad feeling in her stomach.

---

"Wow, these scans are impressive."

"It's a complete map of the destruction." Jaymes took a quick swig of her beer. "Tyler, moisture levels are off."

She looked in his direction now, her eyes off the screen and to her right. "Currently, the polymer is absorbing the existing raindrops, not the moisture from the humidity. I mean, we needed to precipitate out more."

Tyler's eyes widened thought. "So, we need to make it rain."

Kathy spoke up, "They made clouds for the farmers a few years ago."

"Yeah, you're right, silver iodide."

Kathy walked away, ruffling Jaymes hair in the process.

"We could shoot rockets of that. The silver iodide could make the moisture into rain, then the absorbent, we need a lot of it, would pull the water from the storm, increasing the cold pool." He licked his lips and thought and excitement.

Jaymes smiled at him. "No better way to kill a tornado."

---

Tyler hung up the phone as they followed the same procedure as the time before. Jaymes hugging her Ma, then Tyler talking to her.

"You got any idea what you're getting yourself into?"

He smiled at what she was referring to, not only the storm, but Jaymes too. "I'm beginning to."

---

"Look who it is, city girl." Dexter teased as she and Tyler walked up to the team. They were now at a trailer Depot to buy a trailer that would withstand a tornado.

"Wassup, Jaymes?" Lily greeted.

"Finally decided to ditch all those squares, huh?"

"Yep, y'all missed a big one, look."

"Oh, wow, can you rig that drone to collect data?" Jaymes asked Lily as she showed her footage of the storm.

She nodded, "I can do that."

"Aye! Y'all ready?" Dani yelled as they walked through the yard.

---

"We're going to need a 40-ft trailer that's wide enough for a pickup, but heavy enough to anchor barrels in 100 mph winds." Dani explained to the salesman.

"Why the hell would you want that?" The salesman asked with confusion.

Dani started before looking at Jaymes, "Why the hell do we want that?"

Jaymes stepped up, "Well, cuz when we drive into a tornado, we want whatever we have on the trailer to get sucked into it, but not us." She finished with her hands on her hips.

"You're gonna want aluminum."

---

Jaymes smiled at the camera as Boone pushed it into her face. She then heard Tyler talking to the camera about the experiment they were doing.

---

She walked out and away from the truck to get some privacy and analyze the storm with her eyes. Stopping when she was at the edge of  the hill she was on, taking pictures and watching it closely.

Back at the front of the truck, Ben was taking pictures of the storm, and more noticeably, Jaymes. He was kneeling on the ground while Tyler leaned against the grill guard on his truck.

"She is your story, Ben."

Then stood up and smiled sheepishly at Tyler, knowing he had been caught.

"When it's done," He began, still staring at Jaymes, "give me a copy. Let's get out of here."

They both walked towards the truck, Tyler stopping when Ben's voice caught his ears.

"No offense, but I'm going to ride with someone else."

---

Tyler rested his hands on his hips as he came to a stop beside Jaymes.

"When she forms, she's going to be beautiful." She said looking at the sky.

"She already is." Tyler soothed, not looking at the sky, but at her.

"Wow, I really should be used to it by now." Jaymes teased as she blushed.

"I never want you to get used to it." He said as he took a step towards her, now standing right in front of her.

"It does come off the tongue easily." She said smiling.

Tyler wasted no time leaning in and placing a meaningful kiss on her lips. He would have kept going, but they were soon interrupted by a honking motor home horn and laughter pouring out of the down windows.

Dani was smacking Dexter's arm excitedly. "I told ya, there was something going on! I fucking told ya! You get it, girl!"

Jaymes laughed as she looked back at Tyler.

"You ready?" He asked, his eyes boring into hers.

"Fuck yeah."
