small moment of life [chan]

it's really short yea i just wanted something short for you guys to enjoy :) currently busy with school life and everything. im getting old :p anyways this was a random burst of wanting to write while listening to hyunjin's insta live (not me getting sentimental). i honestly had more to write but its way past the time to sleep :)

You came home to a frowning boyfriend. His arms were crossed over the chest, and his eyebrows were raised as if to say "explain yourself".

You immediately went over to hug the pouting boy.

"I had to meet with friends today I'm sorry I came home late baby..."

He huffed, refusing to bat an eye.

You sighed before peppering kisses all over his face, forcing him to give up.

"Fine, but this better be the last time." He answered, before picking you up bridal style and walking into your shared bedroom. He gently placed you next to him before snuggling his face into your neck.

"I have so many things to tell you about today, Y/N..." and off Channie goes rattling about his day, but you didn't mind, you never did. You were used to him ranting about his day, you would do the same. It would allow yourselves to unwind and settle down with your favourite person.

After washing up and saying your goodnights, you both laid there in a bundle. To you, you felt like you were under the protection of warm yarn. Chan's big arms gave you the comfort you needed, and in return you would wrap your whole body around his, like a koala bear. 

You woke up to the feeling of a gentle brush across your cheeks. Your mind slowly wandered back from it's beautiful imagery to reality. The light illuminated the room and everything in it's path. Your eyes immediately met with another pair of eyes, soft and full of love. Upon your awakening, the eyes curled up, and hands came wrapping around you.

"Good morning darling."

Ah how his voice rang just right. It stands out from all the noises of the room; the ticking of the clock, the gradual noise of traffic outside, the every movements of trees. You snuggled into his embrace, quietly muttering how much you loved his voice and of course him. You felt his chest vibrate from his chuckle... Music to your ears.

"By the way, I dreamed of you."

You looked up at him and smiled, "What was the dream, if I can know?"

He nodded, continuing, "We were at the beach, enjoying the sunset together. Your hands in mine, your head in my shoulder. It was perfect. I somehow felt it all, even though it was all but a dream."

You could picture everything he said, it really touched your heart. The fact that his mind would go that far to dreaming of experiencing something romantic together.

"What if we would bring this to reality, hm?" you asked.

His eyes lit up, holding the stars within it. "Oh yes please!" He cried, immediately getting out of the bed. "I'll pack for us, you go get ready."

You giggled at his excitement, reminding you of a child excited to go to an amusement park. You agreed to his offering and went to ready yourself for the unexpected beach day.
