chapter 7: Ouija surprise

My face turned beet red as i dipped and ran through the crowd. I could hear Blaze hooting with laughter as i zigged amd zagged through the people, hoping that no one has heard what Blaze had said. I quickly exited the football field, which is where the graduation was held, and ran to the parking lot. I slowed down to a power walk as i passed the cars.

I spotted my car and pulled the keys out of my pocket. I unlocked the doors as i approached the driver side. I climbed in and waited for Rayn. There's was no way i could call her as we didnt habe any cellphones. The only phone we had was a house phone. I watched as cars began to leave the school premises. If they didn't hurry up, we wud be the last ones to leave and then, i would have to go searching for them before the gates were locked.

Just as i began to climb out of my car, i saw them uphead heading towards me. I hit the unlock button for Rayn as she reached for the passenger door handle. Once she was in the car, Blaze stood beside her open door and Will came to my door and took a knee.

"So, are you guys still coming to the house?" he asked, placing his hand on the side of my car.

"Yeah, if you guys will hurry up and leave." i answered, sticking the key in the ignition and starting the car.

"Okay. We'll see you there." Blaze said giving Rayn a hug before shutting the door.

"We'll follow you." i instructed.

Will gave a salute, stood up, and started across the parking lot with Blaze in tow. I shook my head as i watched Blaze strut towards that beat up old chevy of his like to him, it was a Maserati. I was glad that he had gotten that flat fixed that he had that day. I still remember that day. I had been so rude to them. Thankfully, they had forgiven my stupidness.

They honked as they passed by. Rayn chuckled as i pulled out behind them. What in the world was up with her? I mean i know she's a happy person but today she seemed to be all sh*ts and giggles. I looked over at her with my eye brow raised. She returned the look and then turned away to look out the window.

"Whats up with you?" i asked.

"Nothing. Just thinking." she answered.

"About what?" i asked being nosey.

"Nothing!" she said again, irritated with my questions.

"If it helps you sleep at night lil sis." i spoke firmly and ignored her for the rest of the ride.

I knew something was up, but i just couldn't put my finger on it. I racked my brain trying to figure out why she seemed so giddy all of a sudden. I came up with nothing at first. Then out of nowhere, a thought hit me. Holy crab nipple! She better not be pregnant! Oh I'm so going to physically dismantle Blaze.

As soon as i thought it, i knew it couldn't be true. She wouldnt do something like that. Beside when we hung out, we were all together in the room. So that couldnt have happen. Wait, unless while he was kissing her, he slipped his tongue in her ear!( lol sorry just a little something i came up with that i thought would be funny.)

I huffed in frustration. I hadnt realized that we were about to pull up in Will's driveway. Dang, where was i all that time? I must've been really lost in thought. I don't even remember most of the drive here. Hmm, i guess as long as we made it safely.

I parked my car behind the truck, shut the engine, and got out. Rayn got out as well. As i came past Blaze's truck, i noticed they weren't in there.

Where did they go?

Hmm, i searched the front yard and still didn't see them.

Nice try, Blaze. This time that little trick isn't going to work.
