Yerin smiled brightly at Taehyung. "Hey, Tae, we should hang out soon! Maybe grab dinner or something? It's been ages since we've caught up just the two of us."

Taehyung hesitated, unsure of how to respond.

He didn't want to hurt Yerin's feelings, but he wasn't sure if he was ready to spend time with her, especially when his mind was preoccupied with Jennie and their relationship issues.

But then he thought about how much he needed to vent about his frustrations with Bang PD and the pressures of being an idol.

Maybe talking to Yerin could help him clear his head.

"Sure, Yerin," Taehyung said finally, trying to sound casual. "That sounds great. Let's plan something soon."

Yerin squealed with excitement. "Yay! I'll text you and we can figure out a time. Thanks, Tae! I've missed you!"

Taehyung forced a smile, feeling a pang of guilt for not being honest with Yerin about his relationship with Jennie.

But he pushed the thought aside, telling himself that he just needed someone to talk to, and Yerin was a trusted friend.

Taehyung and Yerin sat down at a quiet café, sipping their coffee and catching up on old times. But as the conversation went on, Taehyung's expression turned serious, and he began to vent about his frustrations with Bang PD.

Yerin's expression turned fierce, her eyes blazing with determination. "Tae, listen to me. You need to think about yourself for once. You need to be selfish. If you don't, your career will be slipping out of your hands, and you'll be left with nothing."

Taehyung's eyes widened, taken aback by Yerin's words. "What are you saying, Yerin? You're telling me to leave HYBE? To leave BTS?"

Yerin nodded, her voice firm. "Yes, Tae. That's exactly what I'm saying. You deserve better than to be held back by Bang PD's ego and greed. You deserve to be happy, to make music that means something to you."

Taehyung's mind reeled, the thought of leaving BTS and HYBE both thrilling and terrifying.

He had never considered it before, but now...now he wasn't so sure.

Yerin's hand grasped his, her eyes burning with intensity. "Tae, you have the talent, the charisma...you have everything. Don't let Bang PD take that away from you. Take control of your career, of your life. Leave HYBE, leave BTS...and forge your own path."

Taehyung let out a nervous laugh, trying to brush off Yerin's suggestion. "Leave BTS? Yerin, you know that's not possible. BTS is...everything to me. I owe my career, my life to that group."

Yerin's expression turned understanding, but her eyes still held a hint of urgency. "I know, Tae. But sometimes, you have to think about yourself. You can't keep sacrificing your own happiness for the sake of the group."

Taehyung nodded, trying to appear nonchalant despite the turmoil brewing inside him.

"I'll think about it, Yerin. Really, I will." He says.

Yerin's gaze pierced through him, as if she could see the doubts and fears he was trying to hide.

"Tae, don't just think about it. Do something. Take control of your life, your career. You deserve it." Yerin says pushing past his buttons.

Taehyung forced a smile, trying to reassure her. "I will, Yerin. I promise."

But deep down, he knew it was a promise he might not be able to keep.

BTS was his life, his identity...and he couldn't imagine living without it.

Taehyung and Yerin spent the rest of the day exploring the vibrant streets of Hongdae, laughing and chatting like old friends.

They stumbled upon a small, quaint cafe tucked away in a quiet alley, and over steaming cups of coffee, Taehyung found himself opening up to Yerin in ways he never thought possible.

As they sat on the cafe's rooftop, watching the sunset cast a warm orange glow over the city, Taehyung felt a weight lift off his shoulders.

For the first time in months, he forgot about the pressures of being an idol, the constant scrutiny, and the suffocating grip of Bang PD.

Yerin listened intently, offering words of encouragement and understanding, and Taehyung felt a deep sense of gratitude towards her.

He realized that he had been living in a bubble, surrounded by yes-men and sycophants, and that Yerin's honest and unbiased perspective was a breath of fresh air.

As the stars began to twinkle in the night sky, Taehyung smiled, feeling a sense of relaxation wash over him. He knew that he still had a long way to go, that the struggles and challenges were far from over.

But with Yerin by his side, he felt like he could face anything.

"Thanks, Yerin," Taehyung said, his voice filled with sincerity. "Just talking to you makes me feel like I can breathe again."

Yerin smiled, her eyes sparkling with warmth. "Anytime, Tae. That's what friends are for."

As the night wore on, Yerin's smile grew softer, her eyes sparkling with a hint of mischief.

"So, Tae...want to do this again sometime? Maybe a proper date, just the two of us?" She asks nervously.

Taehyung's heart skipped a beat as he hesitated, his mind momentarily blank.

He hadn't thought about Jennie, hadn't considered the implications of his actions. All he knew was that he wanted to spend more time with Yerin, to bask in the warmth of her presence.

"Sure," Taehyung said, the word tumbling out of his mouth before he could stop it. "I'd like that."

Yerin's face lit up, her smile radiant. "Great! I'll plan something special."

Taehyung's mind raced, belatedly realizing what he had just agreed to.
A date.

With Yerin.

Without thinking about Jennie.

But as he looked into Yerin's sparkling eyes, he couldn't bring himself to regret it.

Not yet, at least.
