Adira never felt this excited when she sparred with someone, then again she never really had an opponent that lasted this long because it always resulted in her killing them or getting bored of them. Despite the fact she used this as an opportunity to observe his moves more than to counter it, she acknowledged him as someone who was able to withstand her.
It was refreshing at the thought of someone being able to use her moves and even have the guts to use it against her. His strength was also definitely something to commend about, her stinging nose an evident sign of such force he has. Amidst the chaos that erupted from the results of the spar, Adira left immediately to clean herself up before the supposed experiment on Eren.
Adira felt rather refreshed and clean now that she changed into clean and dry clothes, free from sweat and dirt that clung onto her clothes and skin, as well as the blood that dripped down her nose. Redoing her messed up braids and adding new trinkets to it, she felt good leaving her room to meet up with the others to prepare for Hange's experiment on Eren in order to learn more about his titan form.
By the time she arrived at the open field, she was met by an excited Hange and though Levi's face remained stoic, his pained eyes—despite his best trying to mask it—didn't go past Adira. Standing beside him, the two watched Eren go down a deep well while everyone got ready with their ODM gear in case anything wrong happened.
By the time Hange finished talking to Eren, Adira waited in anticipation, hoping to see the titan form in real life since the only way she based it off were from the drawings in the newspaper she held the day she read about Eren's trial. Though minutes passed and there was still no titan, with her patience running thin, she continuously tapped her feet to the ground.
Another set of minutes passed and there was still nothing, having had enough of this, she made her way to the well before she was held back by Levi holding her wrist. "What do you think you're doing?" He asked her.
"I'm tired of waiting, I'll check on Eren and find out why the fuck is he not turing into a damn titan. I've been waiting since the day I heard about a titan shifter!" Pulling her wrist back, she continued to jog to the well only to furrow her eyebrows at the bloody state Eren's mouth and hand had become.
"What the fuck happened here, Eren?" She asked the confused and teary eyed teen. Eren looked down at his bloodied hand with confusion and the taste of iron lingering in his mouth, "I... I don't know. I can't turn into a titan." Distraught was evident in his voice.
Pursing her lips, she called on for Hange and went back to stand beside Levi. "What happened there?" He asked. "I don't know, even Eren doesn't know. Whatever it is, all I know is that he for some reason can't turn into a titan like you guys kept saying, then I guess my job here is all for naught."
