30 min. later
There was a knock on the door of Lucy apartment.
Tim waited a bit before Lucy opened the door, letting him in. "Here you go." He said placing the groceries on the kitchen counter. "You look horrible." He observed next to her. "Thank you." She replied sarcastically.
"No, not like that, sorry" he tried to reassure her. "It's just. Are you sure you're, okay?" he asked her. "Yeah, just a minor fever, and large headache. Nothing I can't handle" she told him.
"Let me help you" Tim offered. "No, it's okay you can go home!" Lucy tiredly said. "No, I insist" "Okay then." Lucy said going back in bed. Tim put a blanket on her and told her to go to sleep while he made some soup.
When he was done with the soup. They sat together eating and talking in bed, before Tim went and did the dishes after.
When he was done, he went back in bed and cuddled up to her.
He thought Lucy was asleep when he told her "I love you!"
After a few minutes they both fell asleep listening to each other heartbeat.
