"Let me help you get in the car." "Lucy, it's fine, the doctor said that it's just a fracture." Tim said entering the passenger seat in the car. "Just a fracture?" Lucy judged him. "The doctor also said you almost snapped your bone in half." Lucy reminded him before slamming his door shut and moving over to the driver side, getting in. "Well, what can I say, at least you caught the suspect after." Tim answered her. "Now is not the time to think about work, you need to rest." Lucy told him.
Getting home Tim gave Lucy the extra key in case of an emergency. "Just lay down on the couch I'll get you anything you need." Lucy walked towards the kitchen opening the fridge to assess the situation. "Yeah, I'm going to need to do some groceries shopping." Lucy said to herself looking at the almost empty fridge.
She heard some shuffling coming from the living room and went to check it out. Entering the living room, she was shocked to see Tim walking around, even though he just broke his leg. But then she reminded herself this was Tim she was talking about. He wouldn't have rested even if the president had told him to.
"No, no, no. Tim sit back down. What are you doing?" Tim sat back down again sighing after being caught. "I was just getting the TV remote. No big deal." "It is a big deal. From now on you tell me when you need something." Lucy told him putting a pillow under his leg.
Tim grinned up at her. An idea coming to mind. "You know what I'm a bit hungry, I think I could go for a few eggs." He said getting comfortable on the sofa he was sitting on "But there are no eggs in the fridge." Lucy replies sitting down on the chair next to the sofa. Tim started to smirk. "I'll just call Angela asking if she can get some." Lucy said to herself, wiping Tims smirk of his face as his plans to get up again got ruined.
