"Her dorm's empty." Hyunjin says pressing his lips as the other looks at him in confusion.
"Does she know we're searching for her?" Grace asks.
Hyunjin paces and forth in the room.
"Unlikely but possible. What I can sum up is that she doesn't own any other property. Can't afford one, that too at her condition. Either she's gone somewhere or she's hiding. And I believe she's hiding."

"How can you ensure that?"

"I can't. But someone else can."

"What do you wan-" Mingyu struggled out of the guard's grip. He's being kept under tight watch but not any charges are on him since there's no hard evidence except the statement. His father too, with him at all times.

"Hi~" Grace waves at him through as she sits on the opposite chair. He scoffs and looks at Hyunjin behind her who was leant on the wall. His face twitches at the bruise Hyunjin gave him.
"Sit down, we'll make it quick." Hyunjin says coming forward.
"Your face's shining brighter now with the bruise. Spark, spark." He tilts his head and points at his face.
"What are you planning?" Mingyu asks, annoyed.
"Leave that. Let's get to business. You've been benefiting Song-Hi, haven't you?" Hyunjin asks as Mingyu's brows flicker.

He benefited her in return to something he did to her family in the past.

"What bullshit are you building?"

"I'm not. I don't build truth like your mother. You built it yourself. Tell me where she is right now."

"How would I know that?"

"Because she's in your property. You tell me that or I give this to your mother." Hyunjin takes out a plastic bag. It held broken pieces of some apparatus. Mingyi examines it confusedly but then his eyes grow wide.
"Technology's great, isn't it? They repaired the small storage in your camera that you destroyed after playing with that girl." Grace says, cheekily, wistfully staring at him. His eyes glares up at her. She smiles.
"Fix your gaze before I pluck your eyes out." Hyunjin suddenly whispers quietly. His eyes were darkening like a horror evening stepping into darkness, Mingyu was panic-stricken and his face couldn't cover it. Grace clears her throat.

"Speak."

"It was startling how Myungho came begging to you that night. I remember, crying for his sister. Never saw that side of him." Grace takes long steps, up along the barren land.

"People tend to lose their mind when they're threatened with what they have. It's in our nature. No matter how cavalier they may be. There's always something they have, to protect." Hyunjin hops up with binoculars on his neck, bouncing on his chest.

"Right. Always a weak point." Grace says grunting, while taking the last step. The restless sky glanced at them as they stood so high. Grace moves her head around.
"Woah. No joke I can literally capture everything from here. As ants." She says squinting her eyes, still not getting anything.
"Brought these for a reason." Hyunjin positions the binoculars on his eyes.

It was half past six in the evening. Targeting Song-Hi next, it was the time to hunt out what she's been up to and where Myungho is. They hiked up to an old barren land near the address they were given by Mingyu. There wasn't clarity why she's gone there. Song-Hi lived with her working mother and little step sister. Her father was a coroner, arrested because of illegally shipping organs of people from the slums. It was under presidency order, but the truth couldn't come out and was barged to her father only.

'Those old hags have lived enough, don't waste aptitude to save them. Make money instead.'

Her mother and sister resented her father for his involvement in such frantic deed, but Song-Hi worshiped him for that. Though she doesn't inherit his genes, she does inherit his mindset.
