A quirky smirk bleeds down his face as he watches the flame ignite, smolder in the night sky. The drone captured the others, vulnerably crying out, stumbled on the ground.

Mingyu.

"Took me for granted, didn't he?" He opens. "How'd you know he'll rush in the room?" Song-Hi asks. "Y'know, just had a hunch." He wickedly smirks as the other shrugs annoyed. "I still saved your life, shouldn't you act a little thankful?" He snaps.

"Saved? They weren't cutting me off or something."

"No, I'm saying I would've blown you up with him if my impulse had taken over." She scoffs in disbelief as he tuts his lips, looking back.

"Are you sure he's dead?"

He rolls his eyes in annoyance.

"Locked both the doors, didn't give him a chance to react and blew it up within seconds. There was no way to escape. He's probably ashes now." He chirps, subtly shifting his gaze at the starry sky.

"Their plans aren't not naive. We're just too strong."

"Is she out yet?" Song-Hi asks again as the other just turns to him when they hear footsteps approaching.

"Speak of the devil."

"Really the devil."

The two cackle out a smirk watching as the shadow approach then through the murky eclipse.

"I heard you missed me."

"09 July 2024, a massive chemical explosion caused at................where resided nine university kids, reportedly one dead and one injured. As per the investigation, on the site scattered ammonium nitrate was found which is also one of the main component used in explosive mines."

Grace sits isolating herself in the cushy couch with plaster clustered around her broken hand, eye bags feeling heavier than the her entire weight. A cloak of blindness in her vision as she sat zoned. Beside sat I.N sniffling and the others that roamed in the room with exasperation hovered on their features, being surrounded by a whole bunch of new and familiar faces busying and hurrying around like a hectic city.

"How can it..." Han grips his hair as tears threaten to shed his eyes. A cop hands him water as Grace nuzzles closer to the teddy that Hyunjin bought her.

"We're really mournful for your loss but please..." The cops were still questioning but Chan trails off, glazing outside the window that permits the gleaming sun on his swollen face.

After a beat the chief enters in with a bundle of sheets in his stubby hands as a few rise up from their sheets. He relieves a heavy sigh before speaking.

"So the pair of spectacles that were collected from the backyard that the culprit wore indeed had fingerprints. The forensic report suggests that the DNA belongs to..."

Everyone's eyes peel, tapping their foots, getting impatient.

"Jeon Myungho." Forthwith all their eyes widen into marbles, shell shocked and faces pale about five times a lighter shade. He hands Chan the report as his eyes goggles on it, along with Seungmin behind him.

"Impossible. Myungho?"

"Yes. And his fresh fingerprints were also collected from the broken knob. He always resided in my suspect list from the very beginning y'know. After his parents deceased, he had indulged himself into a number of crimes."
