3rd person's POV:

Jaehyun had been planning the perfect evening for weeks. He wanted to ask Riwoo to be his boyfriend in a special way, something that would make Riwoo feel loved and cherished. He decided on a dinner at home, complete with candles, flowers, and Riwoo's favorite foods.

As he was setting up the dinner, Riwoo came home from studying with Sungho at his house. Jaehyun tried to shoo him away, saying he was just doing some homework, but Riwoo was curious.

"Jaehyun, what's going on? Why are there candles everywhere?" Riwoo asked, peeking into the dining room.

Jaehyun's heart skipped a beat. He hadn't expected Riwoo to come home so early "Uh, I was just...trying out some new decorations," he stammered.

But Riwoo's eyes widened as he took in the sight of the beautifully set table. "Jaehyun, is this...a date? For us?"

Jaehyun's face turned bright red. "No, no, no! It's not! I swear!"

Riwoo looked crestfallen. "Oh...okay."

Jaehyun realized too late that Riwoo had misinterpreted the whole scene. He thought Jaehyun was setting up a date with someone else. Oh no.

"Riwoo, wait! Let me explain!" Jaehyun called out, but Riwoo had already stormed off to his room.

Jaehyun was devastated. His perfect plan had been ruined within minutes.

Meanwhile, Riwoo was fuming in his room. He couldn't believe Jaehyun would do this to him. They had shared that kiss the night before, and now Jaehyun was moving on to someone else?!

The two of them didn't speak to each other for the rest of the day, the tension between them palpable. Jaehyun just decided to go home.

Finally, at dinne, Jaehyun tried to approach Riwoo at his house again. "Hey, can we talk?"

Riwoo shrugged, not looking up from his phone. "What's there to talk about?"

Jaehyun took a deep breath. "I wanted to explain about earlier...it wasn't what you thought."

Riwoo raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Then what was it?"

Jaehyun hesitated, unsure how to reveal his true intentions now. "I...I just wanted to do something special for you."

Riwoo noticed his hesitation and thought he was lying. "Special for me? By setting up a date with someone else?"

Jaehyun's face fell. This was going all wrong.

"Riwoo, listen to me! That's not what it was! I swear!"

But Riwoo just shook his head and walked away, leaving Jaehyun feeling defeated and heartbroken.

The misunderstanding had led to a huge argument, and now their relationship was on shaky ground.

Jaehyun reached for Riwoo's arm, "Riwoo, I-"

"Jaehyun, how could you do this to me?" Riwoo's voice trembled with emotion.

"I didn't do anything, Riwoo! You're misunderstanding everything!" Jaehyun protested.

"Don't lie to me! I saw the candles, the flowers...it's obvious you're interested in someone else!"

"That's not true! I was setting it up for you, Riwoo. I wanted to ask you to be my boyfriend in a special way."

Riwoo laughed bitterly. "Save it, Jaehyun. I'm not buying it. You've been distant lately, and now this? It's clear you're moving on to someone else."

"I have not been distant! And I'm not moving on! Riwoo, please listen to me..."
