(Like I said in the previous chapter. It's the 1930s. They still got by with the whole sideshow thing in circuses up until the 1940s or 50s.)
The next day, you're all about to head for the circus that you've mentioned. You're all ready to head for it. You told them the location because you saw it advertised in the newspaper. It'll be just at the end of New York City. Right as you're about to leave city limits.
Charley says, "Our deceiver had made a pretty brilliant plan for us. We'll steal from the circus. And of course, check out the sideshows." You grin. Carley chuckles and says, "That extremely fat lady is especially laughable. She'd eat everything on two or three menus in a day. Maybe the entire island of America. Her daily balance." You whisper, "Be nice. Nobody can help how they look or have developed. I developed extremely early." She says, "Yeah yeah, alright. But it's still interesting."
Then she looks at you and she realizes what you meant when you told her how YOU turned out. She leans in and whispers, "Girlie. At least YOU are normal. You only developed early because of your breasts and all. Every non-celebrity wishes they had your looks."
Charley says, "You know... They still have flapper women from a decade ago. The 1920s." Rebecca says, "What about it?" Charley says, "The three of you..." He says that referring to you, Rebecca and Carley and says, "... can pose as the some of the performers." Carley says, "Psh. Leave that to Rebecca and (Y/N). I'd rather wear a fake mustache. I wouldn't be caught dead being some flapper floozy."
Charley says, "Alright then. (Y/N) and Rebecca will pose as performers." Carley says, "I'll just be some chump's granddaddy lookin' for some freebees. I got the bright blonde enough hair to have a fake white beard." Edgar says, "I mean.. ya never wore dresses."
Carley says, "That's why my parents hated me. I hated bein' too girlie to wear a dress and I came from a wealthy family, which I now absolutely despise. The world sucks. Let me wear pants to cover up my stupid lady bits. Makes me wish I were a man."
You sigh and you say, "I honestly can't argue with that when you mention it. Carley... No matter what you're like, you're still a female. People out there are really sick and will take advantage of anything with, well... a vagina."
Carley says, "Dammit, girlie. Why must you be so protective and so smart, huh?" You say, "Just be aware, Carley. You are a woman. No matter how strong you are." She says, "Yeah, alright. But no offense, girlie. YOU especially have to be aware. When you're as pretty as the teacher from The Little Rascals, there are creeps lookin' for YOU."
Barley sighs and whispers, "She be right, lassie. We're here for ya." You say, "Thanks, Barley." Rebecca says, "Just wait until our father is around us. He would kill for her. The only time he thanked me was when I saved her from creepy men when she just turned eighteen. After that he just brushed me off."
You look at her and you say, "And I thank you." She hugs you close and says, "You're my sister. You're the most important thing in the world to me, (Y/N). I won't let anyone hurt you." You smile and you hug her back. Charley says, "Alright. Let's head for the circus." You all head out of the warehouse.

Moments later, you're at the circus. You're walking around. Edgar's got a bag of popcorn. He looks around and he says, "I ain't seein' the freaks, yet. Where are they?" Barley says, "Yarr. There they be, boy." He points over at a little building displaying the big pictures of the sideshows. You, Edgar and Carley grin and you all walk over.
Carley says, "I knew it! They do have the fat lady here." Rebecca says, "The frog man? That's new." You say, "Looks more like a skin condition." Barley says, "Yarr, little lassie. They be scales on the boy. I heard of this young lad. His parents abandoned him here. The circus took him in as their own son."
