Jungkook looked at Taehyung in shock and then turned around to pull the door, which opened with a click. Without thinking further, he dashed out of the room. Watching him run, Taehyung smirked and said,

--" You'll have to surrender to me, my little bird.

Jungkook ran downstairs, suddenly colliding with Jisoo. Jisoo grabbed his hand and started asking,

--" What happened to you? Why does your face look like this again? You must have been scared. It's not right to leave you alone. You always end up in trouble when you're by yourself. Now tell me, what scared you this time?

--" The darkness, noona.

Jungkook lied to not worry Jisoo.

--" I knew this would happen. Why are you so scared, Kookie?

Jisoo gently held his face and continued,

--" We'll always be by your side, but you need to overcome this fear yourself. You can't live with so much fear.

Listening to Jisoo, Jungkook hugged her, crying, and said,

--" I always want to stay with you all, noona. I don't want to go anywhere, not without eomma and dada.

Jisoo stroked Jungkook's head and said,

--" Alright, stop crying now. It almost feels like you and Jimin are both getting married today.

She teased, pinching his nose. Deep down, Jisoo was worried about Jungkook. He was always so scared; how would he manage without them after getting married..? She loved her little brother dearly. Jungkook was very dependent on Jisoo; she always took care of everything for him. Whenever he was scared, after their mother, it was Jisoo who protected him. Whenever she had to leave home, even for a short time, Jungkook would be on her mind, making it impossible for her to stay away for long. And Jungkook couldn't be at peace without Jisoo either.

They were each other's world. If only her fiancé aka Sehun had a younger brother, she would have married Jungkook to him so she wouldn't have to live without this bunny. But unfortunately, he doesn't. As she thought this, Jisoo took Jungkook to the washroom, washed his face, and was about to return when Soobin came running towards them, panting.

--" There you two are! I've searched everywhere for you.

Soobin said, being out of breath. Both Jungkook and Jisoo looked at him in surprise. She approached him and asked concerned,

--" What happened, Soobin? Why are you panting like this? Is everything alright?

--" Nothing is right, noona.

Soobin said, looking at Jungkook and then hurriedly said,

--" Kookie, come, Uncle is calling you. It's something urgent.

--" Ca-alling me? Why?

Jungkook stammered.

--" What's wrong, binnie? Why do you look so tense? Is everything okay?

Jisoo asked, using her affectionate nickname for Soobin.

--" I can't explain now, noona. Just come, please.

Soobin said again, twisting his hands nervously.

--" Alright, let's go, Jungkook.

Jisoo said, reaching to hold Jungkook's hand, but Jungkook stepped back and said,

--" I don't want to go, noona. I'm scared, something doesn't feel right.

He said with a frightened expression.
