Chapter 29

Taehyung was completely shocked as hee hadn't expected to see such a sight when he entered the room. It was beyond anything he could have imagined. After returning from the garden, he came to call Jungkook. As he entered the room, he was surprised because only the lamp was on, and there was no sound or sign of Jungkook anywhere. Taehyung quickly turned on all the lights and what he saw next made his eyes widen.

Jungkook was sitting on the floor with his legs spread out, and beside him, he had arranged empty glass bottles of wine in a circle. He had completely emptied three bottles, and was now arranging the rest. Like a child, he was pouting and trying to count them but failing everytime. Thinking it was juice, he had finished three expensive bottles of wine. He would have emptied the rest, but now, too intoxicated, he couldn't even open them, so he was arranging them like a game. He kept pulling at his hairs, trying to push it back but failing to do so properly. Placing his hands on the bottles, he began to count with sleepy eyes.

--" One, two, three.. uh.. after that comes... five? No, no... what comes next?

He pouted.

Taehyung stood there with his mouth open, staring at Jungkook's antics. What had he done? Taehyung quickly went to Jungkook and pulled him up from the floor, holding his hands.

--" What are you doing, huh? And what have you done to yourself? Answer me!

Taehyung asked in a stern voice, slightly angry.

Hearing Taehyung, Jungkook stood up straight and stared at him with wide doe eyes. Suddenly, he pulled his hand free from Taehyung's grip and leaned forward, saying,

--" Oh, my husband! How lucky I am to have you here! I feel so good now.

Jungkook said before bursting into laughter. Taehyung was dumbfounded by his words. In a firm voice, Taehyung said,

--" What's going on? What kind of madness is this, Jungkook?

Taehyung gritted his teeth.

--" ARE YOU CALLING ME CRAZY? Me, Jungkook and crazy? Do you even know who I am?

Jungkook yelled, stepping closer in anger.

Seeing Jungkook's aggressive behaviour, Taehyung took two steps back in fear. Who was this Jungkook he was seeing? He seemed completely wild. When Jungkook tried to scratch him, Taehyung grabbed his hands and pinned them behind him. Jungkook, now restrained, scrunched his face, began jumping up and down, and screamed,

--" LET GO OF ME, YOU MONSTER! YOU VILLAIN, YOU SNAKE! LET ME GOOOOO!

--" Just shut up, Jungkook! What are you doing? If you scream one more time, I'll tape your mouth shut!

Taehyung yelled, his face turning red with anger.

--" You scolded me! You villain husband! You're so mean, you don't love me at all!

Jungkook shouted, bursting into tears. Taehyung was stunned by his reaction. He hugged Jungkook tightly, stroked his hairs, and said,

--" Hush, my love. You know how much I love you! Why are you acting like this? If you get hurt, it'll hurt me too. And why did you drink wine?

Taehyung grumbled, clenching his teeth.

--" You scolded me again..🥺

Jungkook whimpered, his voice breaking as he cried. The sight left Taehyung speechless. He wrapped his arms around Jungkook again, running his hand through his long hairs, soothing him as Jungkook, now completely drunk, swayed and stumbled, unaware of his actions. Taehyung held him firmly and asked again, in a calm voice,
