Taehyung and Jungkook got ready and walked to the car, where a guard opened the door. Jungkook got in first, followed by Taehyung, as another guard held the door for him. The car sped off toward the most popular hotel in Daegu, where they planned to have dinner. Behind them were two security vehicles, while two more drove ahead.
Jungkook leaned his head on Taehyung's shoulder, closing his eyes. Taehyung gently touched Jungkook's forehead and asked in an anxious voice,
--" Are you feeling unwell, baby? Should we go back home?
With his eyes still closed, Jungkook smiled faintly and said,
--" I love resting my head on your shoulder like this. I'm fine. Don't worry.
Taehyung, slightly relieved, smiled softly and wrapped Jungkook in his arms. Jungkook settled comfortably against Taehyung's chest. After a long while, the car stopped at the grandest and most expensive hotel, their regular dining spot. Jungkook adored the pasta and ramen here, which was why Taehyung brought him for dinner.
As they entered a private cabin, several attendants bowed, welcoming them, and left immediately. Jungkook removed his white sweater and placed it on a chair before sitting down, with Taehyung taking the seat beside him. The cabin was beautifully decorated. Soft romantic music played in the background from a nearby speaker, with flowers, candles, and glassy white lights creating a mesmerising ambiance.
Noticing Jungkook admiring the surroundings with sparkling eyes, Taehyung chuckled softly. He always wondered what captivated Jungkook so much wherever they went. Gently tucking Jungkook’s stray hair behind his ear, Taehyung asked,
--" Do you like it?
Beaming with a smile that could melt hearts, Jungkook replied,
--" Like always, it's perfect.
He wrapped his arms around Taehyung who chuckled and held him back.
Moments later, attendants entered, placing numerous dishes on the table before leaving. Looking at the feast, Jungkook widened his eyes and asked,
--" Why so much food? Who's going to eat all of this?
As Taehyung rolled up his sleeves, he said,
--" You, of course.
Jungkook swallowed nervously and protested,
--" No way! Here's an idea: let's pack everything and take it home. We can all share it together.
Taehyung, calmly ignoring Jungkook’s protests, brought a plate closer and started feeding him. As Jungkook ate, he continued chattering,
--" I'm not going to eat everything, okay?
A touch annoyed, Taehyung finally said in a deep voice,
--" Fine, my love. Eat as much as you want, not more than that. Happy now?
Jungkook flashed a cheeky grin and said,
--" Very.
Taehyung muttered under his breath,
--" Little brat.
Jungkook pouted and asked,
--" What did you just say?
--" Nothing.
Taehyung replied, quickly stuffing a bite of noodles in his own mouth.
After feeding Jungkook, Taehyung started eating himself, only for the younger to suddenly pipe up,
