Chase stared at the two rookies. They stared at him. Chase backed away a little bit.

"Hey you aren't one of Boss's people...who are you?" The taller one said. Chase couldn't believe it but the tall one was actually taller than Buddy.

"Um...I'm the janitor."

"The janitor is not supposed to be in here, and you're a little too young to be a janitor." The shorter one said.

"I'm older than I look, and...er...Boss told me to clean the library. He trusts me." Chase smiled.

"Uh-huh...Boss doesn't trust anybody." The shorter one said.

"Well, apparently he does." Chase took out a book and it sounded the alarm.

"NOOOOO YOU STUPID KID YOU SOUNDED THE ALARM!!!!" The taller one screamed and grabbed Chase by the neck.

"YOU"RE GOING TO GET US ALL KILLED NOW, YOU SON OF A B****!!!!" He shook Chase. Suddenly there was a thud and both of the rookies went running. Then there were screams then there was blood on the floor. Chase held back a scream as the old man found him.

Marriage. Yes, that would be nice.

Buddy was upstairs in Chase's room, thinking.

"What ring should I get if I am going too..." Buddy said to himself. "But I can't propose if he doesn't survive." Buddy's heart dropped. He left Chase all alone, in danger. If he dies.....

Buddy's eyesight went blurry and it took a minute for him to realize he was crying. Chase would die for sure, and if he died there would be no Chase to marry. Buddy had to do something, so he grabbed a random pocket knife he found and went on his way. Of course saying goodbye to Ralph on the way.

When Buddy got to the mansion, he had to take a few minutes to calm down. He was walking right back to the place he wanted to leave most. But he walked in anyway. His movements were shaky and his breathing shallow. Buddy rubbed his tear stricken eyes. He walked to the library and gasped. There were two people on the floor bleeding. Buddy managed to walk over and see who they were. They weren't Chase, thank goodness, but they were people Buddy knew.

"Rest in peace, I'll never forget you." He walked to the last section on books and found Chase. On the floor, bleeding.

Deacon couldn't bang on the metal anymore, his hands were bleeding and it hurt too bad.

"I'll never get out of here." He cried as he sat with his head in his legs. "I never got to live my life how I want it. I didn't even get to say goodbye to my family. He was a prisoner here. He had lost everything.

Now it would be cruel for me to end it here, but this story is done. No one got what they wanted, or their happy ending...or did they. Read the next story to find out what happens.

(Since this is Wattpad I won't create a separate story, I will keep this one, but next part is considered a separate story continuing on)
