"Haahhh.... I'm full...", Yooyeon sighs as she rubs her full belly.

They're walking down the alley where it's close to their university. Yooyeon has to go back to the university since her car is still there. They went to a restaurant with legs just now.

"Of course, you're full and your mind is at ease", Nakyoung started to complain again. It's like their daily lives to complain about each other.

"Ani. You're the one who made it even weirder in front of your own friends. You already know that i will still choose you over him but you still want to fight him. Even if you're embarrassing yourself, i will still choose you even though i could feel the second-hand embarrassment".

"Mwoya...~ But i just want to make him stop...", Nakyoung sounds so wither at this time. Or maybe she's just lazy.

"And tell him that i'm yours?".

"Eo".

"That's what made us stuck at the corner just now, Naky ahh...".

"Ani... You know, i was holding myself to not say that you're my girlfriend. Plus, i saw you were smiling shyly because of him. Why? If you said you will still choose me then why were you smiling?", suddenly Nakyoung gains her energy back and they start to bicker again.

"Then, should i have smiled at you instead?".

"Eo".

"Even if the one who was talking is him and not you?"

"Eo. A-... Ani...".

"Haahh... Naky ahh... What do i have to do for you...".

"Anii...~ Unnie...~", Nakyoung leans on Yooyeon's shoulder as she's whining over a blunt reply from Yooyeon again.

"If i didn't give any reaction they would assume that i'm in a relationship even when i told them that i'm not".

"Geurae, that's the problem. You never think first before you say. Then, what are we now?".

"Friends?".

"Haarrghhh...! I'm done", Nakyoung sighs as loud as she can like she's drunk and getting away from Yooyeon. Deep down her heart is hurting because of every joke Yooyeon made and she feels so done with it.

Even though she already knows that it's just a joke but nothing feels right, right now. And every joke Yooyeon made doesn't sound like a joke anymore....

But a proposal to break up.

"Ahahahh... Naky ah", Yooyeon quickly catch Nakyoung back to comfort her.

She grabs Nakyoung's arm and hugs it to her body but Nakyoung jokingly tries to push her away.

"Yah...~ Are you sulking? Mianhada", Yooyeon's side-hugging a sulking Nakyoung that is walking lazily and also patting her shoulder.

"Don't i seem like it?".

"Eo, you do... Looks like you're mad now".

"I thought you were proposing to break up with me just now".

"Ani. Don't you think we have been together for so long now?".

"So you really are?!", Nakyoung's eyes widen and she tilts her body fully towards Yooyeon. She shocked her heart out as she feels like this time she doubts that Yooyeon is joking.

"What if...-".

"Ani. So you really mean it? You want to break up?".

"Listen to me first", Yooyeon once again made Nakyoung zipped her mouth. And then, she continues.

"What if you found someone who loves you more than i love you?".

"So there is someone who loves you more than me?! How would you know how much i love you?".

"Ani. I'm talking about you now and i know my own heart".

Nakyoung shuts her mouth. Her eyes fixed on the floor below her. Her eyebrows folded as she felt so confused.

Their steps to go home have stopped from earlier but now everything seems to be stopped for Nakyoung. As she's silent, everything around her seems to be silent too. The same goes for Yooyeon.

At some point, her mind is making some assumptions that she never thought that it could be possible. She doesn't even know why her mind right now seems to be quick-witted unlike before. She didn't ask more but the idea somewhat reached her mind.

However, before her assumptions get any further, she shakes it off and tries to get to her senses back.

"So, you mean you don't love me now as much as you loved me before?", Nakyoung's asking with a completely serious face. The face that Yooyeon herself never saw before.

"Eo... Hehehehh... Yah, why so serious?".

Yooyeon pats her shoulders again but she just slowly moves her view to the front back with a confused expression. At some point, these confusing things make her anxious.

After they arrived at Yooyeon's car, Yooyeon sent Nakyoung home after telling her everything about her heart. How she felt there's no jealousy left to feel towards Nakyoung whenever she's with someone else. How she felt that Nakyoung would be better off to be with someone else. And how she felt that Nakyoung deserves better.

No one could ever do that other than that one friend of her, Lynn. She never said the name but Nakyoung never asked. Probably, she already knows who it is but things get clearer as Yooyeon finally spoke up.

It's quite a tough life for Yooyeon too. Probably for her, discarding one important person in her life could ease a bit. She probably has tried to find another solution until she ended up with this one at the end of searching. However, it's not like they will never meet each other again. They will but after this as friends only.

"Annyeong, get home safely", Nakyoung's giving a slight smile through the window from the outside of the car.

"Alright, see you tomorrow", Yooyeon drove off the car, leaving the broken-hearted Nakyoung who acts like it's nothing.

Nakyoung's just staring at Yooyeon's car as it's getting further. As if she's watching half of her heart detached and is getting away from the actual body.

She knows that she said that it's okay to break up with Yooyeon and Yooyeon has already asked her countless times if she's okay and she still gave the same answers but now everything seems unnatural to her.

Even though they have never acted like a real couple before and just acted like friends with a heart of loving each other but a sudden change now makes her mind can't catch up and her heart doesn't feel content. She doesn't even know from where is everything has gone wrong between them.

She's standing still in front of the door of her studio room. Her eyes and her hand are already on the knob after she entered the password on the keypad but her brain just doesn't want to open it until it's locked again.

She kinda get the clue from Lynn's heart beforehand but she never expect that Yooyeon would interfere in this and eventually end their relationship. She was trying to ignore Lynn's feelings for a long time before but this looks like what was destined for her.

She realized she didn't say what she wanted to say to Yooyeon just now. If she still has a chance she wanted to say that 'i don't know if it's true that i deserve better, but i just want you'. It just feels like a heavy stone is on her shoulder right now which she can't seem to lift it off since it's already too late.

At some point, she doesn't want to do anything. She doesn't want to feel anything. She just wants time to pass by faster and let her heart recover at a blink of an eye so she can live normally again.

Little did she know, on the other side of the world, there's Lynn who is still standing in front of her door since earlier. She can't seem to get her mind straight as well.

However, everything's in Lynn's mind right now is Nakyoung. But everything in Nakyoung's mind right now is Yooyeon.
