Titania and the Card Mage's Little Dragon

Chapter Twenty Mavis and Natsu's first session

September 1st

(Mavis Vermillion) Erza and Cana approached me a few days ago concerning Natsu and they informed me that he has been dealing with very vivid nightmares that seemed almost to real, I assured them that I would do everything in my powers to help Natsu as best as I can, I hate when a member of my family is suffering so I always try to help them if I can.

I looked at a picture of my long deceased younger sister Jasmine and I said don't worry dear sister I will do my best to help your son I swear it, I then stood up from my desk and I went in search of Natsu so we can start our first session as soon as possible, I walked out of my office and I walked the second floor of the guildhall looking for Natsu until I eventually found him, Natsu was currently with Mirajane.

I walked over to both of them and when I reached them I said hello to Mirajane before I knelt down next to Natsu and I whispered into his ear saying please follow me dear we have somethings to talk about! Oh okay Master Mavis Natsu replied back to me, I then took his hand into mine and I led him to my office as we can talk.

When we had entered my office I motioned for Natsu to lay down on the bed in the corner of the room and he did so without hesitation, I could sense that Natsu's mind and body was extremely tense and so I said please relax dear child and this will be easy for both of us, Natsu started to relax and eventually he slowly drifted off to sleep I then stood over his sleeping form and I then placed a hand to his forehead.

I then closed my eyes and I started to concentrate on helping Natsu by looking at his nightmares and see if I can find a solution to help him out, As I carefully shifted through his latest dreams and nightmares I eventually found the nightmare in question and dare I say I'm utterly shocked by what I see in the nightmare, my entire guild and family save for me and Natsu lying on the ground slaughtered like animals.

With Cana and Erza being the last two combatants to fall in combat vs the dragon king's children I now know why Natsu hasn't slept well in over a week, I transferred the nightmare/premonition to a memory lacrima device that I have on my desk, the transferring of the nightmare wouldn't cause Natsu any pain or discomfort, I let Natsu to catch up on his sleep.

It is very evident that he does need the sleep I grabbed a blanket and I covered up Natsu before I walked back over to my desk and I continued to work on some plans for expanding the guildhall and every once in a while I looked over at Natsu, Eventually Natsu woke up from resting and he said I apologize for falling asleep master! You have nothing to apologize for dear I said with a smile.

I have something important that I need to tell dear, Natsu I'm your!!!
