(Erza Scarlet) My wife stood up from the table and she enveloped me into a big hug and then we had a short but passionate kiss, Once we broke apart I asked with a smile Where's our little dragon? Cana spoke saying oh Natsu is outside playing with Lucy while Meredy is watching the kids play outside! Mira took away my mead earlier Cana said with a pout.
Babe you honestly shouldn't be drinking to begin with considering that you are carrying our baby and besides alcohol is a big no especially for pregnant women, You are no fun dear! I then said with a raised eyebrow would you rather have a miscarriage to which Cana shook her head and she said with a sad sigh no I don't that to happen.
Cheer up dear think of the better things you can always go on any S class missions while Natsu and I stay home, Come on let's go and get ready for your ultrasound appointment which is in an hour from now, I then led Cana back to the house to get cleaned up before we had to come back here for our ultrasound appointment with Wendy
(Meredy Milkovich) I sat up in one of the trees and I observed Natsu and Lucy play on the edge of the property and I couldn't be be happier watching my daughter and Natsu play with each other, I'm keeping a very close eye open for any Alvarez spies or assassins that may attempt to either kill or capture the kids while they played, When we all had received word that the Alvarez Empire isn't alive and well but also they are starting to resurgence.
I'm incredibly worried about what our future may come to be and I agreed with the other older guild members that Natsu Lucy and Gray should be kept in the dark for as long as we possibly can because we don't want them to feel pressured at all to fight again until they are older and are ready to fight, As I continued to think over the possibility of a very dark future that may come to pass I didn't sense mom approaching the tree.
Mom climbed up the tree and when she reached the branch that I am sitting on she sat down next to me and she asked me What are you thinking about Mer? I said in a whisper Mom what if we lose the coming war before Natsu Lucy and Gray are older and ready to fight the rising storm? Mom said that shouldn't happen dear but if it does come to pass then we will change our strategy!
I just don't want us to lose everything that we fought and suffered to achieve this tenable peace mom! Mom gave my shoulder a gentle squeeze and she said with a smile Remember Mer the Fairy Tail Guild and the Crime Sorciere are Fiore's two strongest guild and we have centuries worth of fighting experience as a guild! You are right mom I hope that we will be ready when the storm crashes through!
Mom then said we will be ready come hell or high-water Mer!
