Hello! No updates on Saturday cuz I'm gonna be super busy that day 😕 that's why I upload this chapter today.

Also, I finished reading k46 and I have to say it's one of my favorite books now (probably cuz I'm a gion simp). Anyways, that book just gave me a lot of idea for this fanfic hehehe 😈) I'M SO HAPPY THAT THE STORYLINE ACTUALLY SUPPORTS THE DIRECTION OF MY FANFIC, SO I WON'T HAVE TO CHANGE ANY OF THE IDEAS I ALREADY HAVE .

Okay, now, to the story. Enjoy reading!

ESTELLE'S POV

The tension in the air had finally lifted now that the tests were over. Sure, they weren’t exams, but everyone had put in the effort, knowing the prize at the end of the tunnel: the ball. Yes, the ball. The grand dance. The one thing that had been the talk of Poposi Academy for months.

Principal Evan had given the green light, but us, the student council had decided to keep it under wraps until after the tests. We wanted the girls to actually work their brains for once, not just coast by on excitement.

With the tests finished, the news spread like wildfire. I could already picture the chatter in the halls— the squeals, the plans, the inevitable drama that would follow.

I walked out of class, checking my watch. Fifteen minutes until the student council meeting. Perfect timing. I was feeling pretty good about my results— mostly A+'s and A’s, but of course, math had to screw me over again. A fucking B-. Urgh. Just once, I wanted to ace that damn subject without pulling my hair out.

As I pushed open the door to the student council room, I spotted Su Jung at her usual spot, furiously scrolling through her laptop. I knew exactly what she was looking at.

The members’ results for the test. Including mine, of course. But I did pretty well, so I don't think I should worry about it.

Just as I was about to sit down, the door swung open, and Gina, Neelam, Lorelei, and Thea walked in. They took their seats around the table, their conversations light and casual, until they noticed Su Jung’s body language.

The tapping of her nails against the table filled the room as the chatter died down. It was a clear sign: she was deep in thought, probably dissecting every detail on those test results.

The silence was almost eerie, and I couldn’t help but sigh. We were missing just one person: Serena, the bratty princess of Meloria. She was the newest member of the student council, accepted because— well, she could be helpful... sometimes. But let’s be real, most of us had a bit of a problem with her.

Serena could be a pain in the ass. Spoiled, demanding, and completely oblivious to how the world worked outside her little bubble. That girl reminded me of Audrey, minus the hatred towards me. For some reason, Serena listened to me.
