"You ready?" The blonde asked Elena. She nodded and grabbed herself a jacket. Their hands laced together and they walked out of the flat and into the Tennessee snow.
Maya couldn't help but look at Elena as they walked quietly. She genuinely did not want this day to end. She wanted to keep her. Forget about David and they raise Diana together. Right. David. Elena at this point had her phone charging on a portable one, but she hadn't sat down and checked. Only opened it once to call Delilah. "What was Delilah asking?" Maya asked. "Ah nothing. Just about where I was." she nodded, "You told her what happened?" Elena shook her head. "Nope. Only that I was at you're place, so her imagination couldn't have gone wild." She lied knowing Delilah could easily put two and two together, "-But David got home apparently.Then kicked her out." Maya's eyebrow raised- "What about Diana?" She asked with a bit of concern, "Yeah I know I asked Delilah but she rushed and hung up. I got Diana's airtag on that dumba- I mean silly fish plushy she will NOT be without and its at home. So i'm praying on everything its okay." They sat down in Gianna's car (No motorcycle today pal), Maya held Elena's hand. "We can pass by..?"
The shorter girl looked nervous. She wanted to. it's not that she expected David to harm Diana, she just wanted to assure her daughter that she was okay.
So she said yes.
