Abby's POV

"Wednesday you'll be tested on the last four units, before the Thanksgiving break.  So make sure you are all studying.  There wont be any makeup's."    I finish writing my notes before packing up my things, like the rest of the class.  The professor stands by his desk, packing up his brief case as I walk past.

"See you tomorrow, Professor."  He looks up smiling.  He's actually very handsome. He's no Jackson though. He's the opposite of Jackson. No ink to be seen, no ear piercing, clean shaven face at all times, and he must get his hair cut once a week because his hair skin faded. But even if I didn't have Jackson he still wouldn't be my type.

"Oh! Abigail!" Looking out of the classroom door I can see Jax. I stick my pointer in the air and mouth 'one minute'. He nods once and I turn back to professor Colins with a smile.

"Yes professor Colin's?" I make my way back towards him. He step out from behind his desk and sits on his desk with one butt cheek clasping his hands in front of himself. His bright smile ever present on his face.

"I just wanted to tell you I saw pictures of your sister's wedding and to give my congratulations to the happy couple. She looked lovely." Holding my books close to my chest I give a tight lipped grin and nod my head. Of course that's what he wants to talk about. Not my grades, or how well I'm doing. No, it always goes back to John and Celeste. I look to the ground rocking on my heals. "You looked gorgeous as well." He whispers. I feel the heat rise in my cheeks and slowly look up at him. His comment is a little inappropriate, and he knows it otherwise he wouldn't have whispered it. Not wanting to seem rude I widen my smile.

"Thank you professor."

"I read they'll be gone for two weeks? They didn't leave you home alone did they?" His brows pinch a bit with concern. I shake my head waving my hand.

"Oh no, I have a body guard with me every where I go and security at the front gate. Plus the house keeper. So I'm never really alone." He smiles again nodding his head. "I don't mean to be rude but I really must go. Was there anything about my last paper you needed to talk to me about?" He stands walking back to his desk opening his briefcase but stops to check his watch.

"Actually I did but I've got to run as well. I have to tutor a couple of student. Could you meet me at the cafe in two hours. I can go over it once I'm done with them."

"At the cafe?"

"Yeah that's where I tutor them. I have one in 15 min for an hour and then the second one meets me there for their session. The coffee helps keep me stay awake while tutoring. It can get quite boring repeating the same lesson over and over." He chuckles.

"Oh ok sure. Two hours it is." He smiles wide and nods.

"Two hours. I'll see you then." I nod and turn seeing Jax waiting with his arms crossed over his chest watching me. My smile fades seeing the look on his face. Is he angry with me. Walking out of the classroom he says nothing to me. Just looks in the classroom as he places his hand on my lower back and quickly ushers me out of the building.

"Jax! Slow down!" I whisper yell not wanting to cause a scene. He stops holding onto my arm to stop me as well. When I look up at him his teeth clench making his jaw muscles protrude. "What is the matter?" He looks around and then starts to walk again pulling me along. He drags me inbetween two buildings down an alley way. Before letting me go. He starts to pace back and forth before he stops right in front of me and pushes me up against the wall and presses his lip against mine hard enough to bruise them. My books fall to the floor when he takes my wrists in his hands raising them over my head clasping them in one hand while his free hand goes to my throat. He doesn't squeeze or hurt me. It's more to keep me in place. When he pulls away I'm gasping for air and my lips throb.
