I stand there not knowing what to say at first. When I try to speak he presses a finger to my lips. "You don't have to say it back. You don't have to say anything. But I had to tell you how I have fallen for you. I know it's fast, and I've only known you two weeks. But I've never felt this way before Abby." I pull his hand from my face.
"Jackson, I'm falling for you too." His eyes brighten as he smiles ear to ear.
"Yeah?" I nod my head as he grabs my face and devours my mouth.
After using the bathroom and cleaning up we make our way back to the table.
"Took you long enough." Of course my sister would have something to say. I shoot her a dirty look as I slide in.
"First of all, gross. Nobody wants to see your half eaten food while you speak." Jax laughs through his nose making everyone turn in his direction. He clears his throat taking a sip of water. I look back at Celeste to continue. "Second, bodyguard over here had an issue with me locking the door. So don't start with me." Both Celeste and John make a face looking down at their food. When I look over at Jax he's got his panty dropping smirk on his face. The rest of lunch was filled with talk of the wedding and last minute things that needed to be done.
When we left Jax drove me to pickup my dress for the wedding before he had to bring me home. Once we were back in the car Jackson placed his hand on the inside of my thigh leaning my way the whole time. In a way it makes me feel safe. And I love how he always finds a way to touch me. Breaking me from my thoughts Jackson squeezes my thigh.
"Is it okay if we stop by my place? I need to pick up clothes for the week." I can't help but smile at the thought of seeing his place. I look over at him as the butterflies go crazy in my stomach. Then again maybe he doesn't want me to come up?
"Of course. I can just wait in the car." When we come to a stop at a red light he looks at me almost pouting.
"Why would you wait in the car? Do you not want to come in?" I shake my head at his words feeling guilty now.
"Of course I want to. I just didn't want to assume that you wanted me to come in. That's your space. I didn't want you to feel like I was invading it." He smiles as he turns his attention back on the road. He shakes his head and we start to move again.
"Baby, I already staked my claim on you. Anything that is mine is yours. I want you to invade every part of my life. Okay?" He looks over at me with smile before looking back at the road.
"Okay Jax."
Not long after, we pull up in front of an apartment building. It's actually a lot nicer than one I could afford to live in right now.
"Baby?" I'm lost in my thoughts looking at the building when he calls me. I turn my head back to him. "When we are alone I want you to call me Daddy. Can you do that?" Blushing I look down and smile.
"Yes Daddy." I meet his eyes through my lashes.
"What a good girl you are." He holds my chin between his fingers lifting my face, and kisses my lips. "Wait right here." I nod and undo my belt as he exits the car. He walks around the front dragging his long fingers over the hood as he walks to my side. He pulls my door open taking my hand as always. "Come on Babygirl. Let's get me packed." As we walk to the front door he's hunched over the back of me with his arms wrapped around my chest holding me close. He grabs the door handle before I can and holds it open for me. He guides me with his hand on my lower back all the way to the elevator. We get in alone and he hits the button for the 32 floor. Leaning against the handrail with his legs spread apart and Jax pulls me to stand between them. I start tracing the ink on his arms before he speaks making me look up at him. "I told you my plan would work." I tilt my head smiling. "You were perfect." He pulls me close and leaves kisses on my cheek and neck making me giggle.
