Kid is being tied with a rope by Shinichi, while Kaito takes care of Nakamori Keibu. Kaito notices a book with a bullet on it from Nakamori's chest pocket. He looked at Shinichi and thought it was him, the one put a small book in Nakamori's chest pocket. Kaito just smiled and was grateful to have him around here, but thinking of "having him" made Kaito blush. Shinichi noticed Kaito's face blushing and asked him.
Shinichi : You good?
Kaito : I-Huh?! I-I'm okay! ahahaha *Nervous and panic*
Shinichi : O...kay?
Then Shinichi turned to Kid and noticed he still smiled, as expected from Phantom Thief. He is was never afraid of everything and always thinking of another plan. Shinichi starts interrogating Kid about what is happening in this world, and why there is a Witch in the modern era. Kid just laugh softly while looking at them with his usual smile. He says that the world that Shinichi and Kaito live in is a fake. Everything is fake, except the case exists in the real world. Shinichi feels curious about that, but he is more curious about 1 thing.
Shinichi : Are you...and Conan... is fake? *Hesitate*
Kaito : Oi oi...
Kid : *smile warm* Is your duty to solve the mystery, Meitantei~
Suddenly he dropped the smoke bomb, then disappeared. Kaito feels frustrated that Kid has escaped, but he is more worried about Shinichi. He saw Shinichi keep looking down while his expression had a lot of doubt. Kaito grabs his shoulder and shakes it gently. Shinichi looked at Kaito with a face of hesitation. Should he solve this mystery? But he had a lot of doubts and worries. Kaito just let out a sigh and patted his shoulder. He suggested Shinichi take a rest while he took Nakamori to the hospital. Shinichi just nodded and walked first while the rain slowly fell. Shinichi was walking in the street while looking down. After a while, Shinichi came back home and took a shower. After taking a shower, he came out and put on clothes, then he went to his bedroom and laid on the bed. Shinichi looked at the ceiling and slowly fell asleep. He doesn't want to think about anything. He just wanted to sleep.
After that, warm memories appear. Shinichi slowly opened his eyes and saw a hospital. Shinichi realized he was in the hospital room where his mom was giving birth to his little brother. Shinichi heard loud crying babies. He stepped forward and saw Conan, crying in his mother's arms. Then he sees himself holding Conan in carefully. Young Shinichi keeps holding Conan, and he stops crying, but laughs and is happy to see Shinichi. Young Shinichi's eyes sparkle and they smile happily. Shinichi, who sees these memories, feels warm and happy. But, he is shocked to see that in sudden, his mother isn't holding her son (Conan). Shinichi looked around to see if Conan fell from his mother's embrace, but he saw nothing.
