Candy Charm School Part 2: New Students

              Popsicle and Fruit were in the cafeteria, eating lunch. "Attention, Fruit Loop." the principal said over the loudspeaker. "Please come to my office, now."

                         Fruit sighed. "I'll be back." He then got up, got a pass from the lunch monitor, left the cafeteria and went to the principal's office. He knocked on the door. 

                     "Come in, Mr. Loop." the principal said as Fruit did so.

                        "You wanted to see me, sir?" Fruit asked as he sat down.

                             The principal nodded. "Two new students are arriving, today. I was wondering if you'd show them around."

                                Fruit's eyes widened. "Why me? You could've asked literally anyone else."

                                    "I'm sorry to inconvenience you, Mr. Loop." the principal said. "The reason I'm asking you do this, is because they were necklaces, like you."

           "Their Sweetestrian necklace wearers?" Fruit asked in disbelief as he shifted in the chair.

                            "Yes." the principal replied. "I understand if you decline as it is on short notice."

                                            "I'll do it." Fruit said as he stood up. "Where are they?"

                                  "Right outside my office." the principal replied. "Thank you, for doing this."

                                             "No problem." Fruit said as he left the room. He looked around for the new students until his eyes fell on two guys. "Are you the new students?"

             The green one stared at Fruit but said nothing. The other one who was yellow, did more than look at Fruit.

                                   "Sorry about him." the yellow guy said. "But yes, we're the new students."

               "My name is Fruit Loop." Fruit said as he introduced himself. "What are your names?"

                                      Finally, the green guy spoke. "I'm Jelly Loop."

                                                 Fruit's eyes widened but he said nothing.

                                               "Jelly, you scared him." the yellow guy said.

         "I'm not scared." Fruit corrected. "Just surprised that Jelly and I have the same last name."

                                                   The yellow guy cleared his throat. "Anyways, I'm Caramel Crunch."

                                                            "Nice to meet you both." Fruit said. "And now, the tour."

                                                                         ~Time Skip~

                  "This place is neat." Caramel commented as he turned to Jelly. "What do you think?"

                                                      "Huh?" Jelly said in confusion. He then shook his head, causing his green tipped blonde curls to go crazy. "Yeah, what Caramel said."

                                                          "Ok, well." Fruit said. He then cleared his throat. "School's out for the day so I'm gonna go for a swim."

                                                           "Can we join you?" Jelly asked, a little too eagerly.

                                                               Fruit swallowed. "Um, sure." He rubbed the back of his neck. "I mean you guys are fellow necklace wearers."

                                                               Caramel and Jelly nodded.

                                                                 "Guess it's settled then." Fruit said as he led them out of the school. "Follow me, I know just the place."

            Caramel and Jelly followed Fruit from the school to the lake where they checked for humans, sat down changed into their merforms and swam away with Fruit leading the way.
