"cause you don't feel lucky, you just feel used."
Izuku was finally back at school. After what felt like the longest three days of your entire life, he was back.
And he seemed even more determined than before he got put on house arrest, if that was even possible.
"Guys! I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused!" He exclaims, bowing forward ever so slightly.
You didn't really understand why he was apologizing.
It's not like he even caused any trouble with anyone else in the class aside from Bakugo, so it's not like he even really did anything wrong other than that.
"Time to take your seats, everyone." You hear your teacher say.
Literally everyone in your class was much too scared of him to not listen, so you all did as you were told.
"Morning. Now that Midoriya is back, we'll go into more detail about what the work studies entail. Go ahead and come in." He informs you, the door sliding open, "I'll have people who've experienced them firsthand explain. I suggest you listen carefully as they point out how work studies differ from internships."
Three students that you knew and loved were walking into the classroom, smiles on their faces.
Well, except for Tamaki Amajiki.
UA's Big Three, the three students who ranked at the top of the student body.
You had known them for quite some time now, given that you had worked alongside them at the agencies they were doing their work studies at.
Mirio with Sir Nighteye, Tamaki with Fat Gum, and Nejire with Ryukyu.
Everyone seemed in awe at just the sight of them.
UA was already an elite school as is, but seeing the top three students out of everyone there made that really sink in.
"Get to it. Introduce yourselves briefly. Let's start with Amajiki."
Just from hearing the boy's name, you knew that it wasn't going to be a good way to start off.
He was very socially anxious, which the rest of your class didn't know.
Along with that, you were the only one in your class that he had actually had conversations with and knew before walking in there.
He looked like he was glaring at everyone, but it was really just because he was trying to work up the courage to speak.
"It's no good." He says, practically shaking, "You two go. I just can't. Even if I try to imagine them as potatoes, I can see their human bodies. I know that they're still people. No words are coming out. My mind's blank and my mouth is dry."
