"why would you wanna make the very first scar?"
You were going with Mirio to introduce Izuku to Sir Nighteye, even though you weren't doing your work study with him.
You had received an offer from a very popular pro hero that you had worked with only a few times before
Rumi, aka Mirko.
She took you under her wing since the first time she met you, claiming that you were the little sister she always wanted but never had.
She even let you call her by her actual name instead of her hero name.
She was like your very own big sister just the same as how Keigo was like your very own big brother.
Thus, you agreed to do your work study with her.
Even if Keigo wanted you to do the work study at his agency.
But you already spent more than enough time working with him, so you wanted to get more experience working with other people and their Quirks.
You didn't start your work study for another day, and so you were able to go with them.
You took an hour long train ride from UA to Sir Nighteye's agency.
"Well, here it is! Sir Nighteye's agency." You say, looking at the building with a smile.
Poor Izuku was so worried about meeting him that he was freezing up at just the sight of the building.
"Easy man. Take a breath. Try to loosen up!" Mirio tells him, a hand on his hip, "But not too loose, ya know. Cause, uh, Sir's actually a pretty strict guy."
Izuku snapped out of it upon hearing those words, "I'm fully aware! He's a hero famous for being demanding, on others as well as himself. His gaze is so harsh that it makes me shiver every time I see him on TV. He looks so severe!"
"That's absolutely true. But there's another side to him that the press doesn't get to see. If you wanna be acknowledged by him, here's a tip. You need to do one important thing at this meeting. You've gotta make him laugh. Then he'll totally approve of you." Mirio says, leading the two of you into the building.
You shrug your shoulders, "It's definitely not easy, but you'll be just fine. He approves of me and Mirio, so why wouldn't he approve of you?"
"Uh, wait. Hold on. What does that mean?" Izuku questions.
"Exactly what it sounds like. He seems stern, but he really values humor for some reason. It's, like, irony or something I think. The most we can do is introduce you to him. Sir's the one who'll decide if he can use you. I wish we could help more, but that's all we got. From here on, you'll have to figure out how to make Sir acknowledge you yourself." Mirio tells Izuku, the both of you leading him to Sir's office.
