MODIFIER : FURIOUS FLAMES ACTIVATED

The temperature now rises to about 50 to 60 degrees celsius, ready to burn people to death. It is so hot that all the water dries up, the ground cracks and trees wither.

-Shelly and Spike continue to remain in their base, safe from outside dangers thanks to its fortress-like capabilities of protection

-Jessie, Nita, Leon and Bo train their combat skills in their base, trying to avoid the burning heat outside

-Due to the burning temperatures, the ground above Brock and Squeak's base cracks and crumbles, falling from the ceiling and causing an avalanche, crushing Brock, who was still in the main cavern. Squeak, who was looking for food in the underground pit, is perfectly safe save for certain small cuts from flying shards of stone. Now all he can do is try to dig out of his trap with his numerous shovels that were fortunately stored in the same room as their overflowing resources

-Full of energy after waking up and having breakfast, Penny and Darryl begin to layer the wood they chopped down around their base to form a fortifying shield to protect their base from attacks or raiders but end up having to stop from the sweltering weather that was roasting them like marshmallows

-Jacky and Rico continue trying to treat Carl's scorpion bite, but it seems like the poison has travelled further down his bloodstream, and he looks much sicker than before. Meanwhile, Maisie and 8-Bit's burns that they received from Amber slowly begin to heal with the help of Fang and Buster, who spent a lot of time putting cold compresses against the large, angry red burns

-Edgar and Colette practise their battle skills in their secure, cooler shelter, partially to escape the burning weather baking the ground outside, partially to avoid attracting attention of any nearby people

-Frank and Hank train their military skills under the burning heat of the golden rays of the sun; according to Hank, it's all about being prepared for any situation, anytime, anywhere, even with any weather apparently

-Grom, Ash and R-T decide to continue residing in their camp to avoid the bright sun shining outside and burning up the ground

-Amber continues to heal her injuries as best as she can, using up all the medical resources she had to do so. With her arm and legs still bleeding, she ventures out of the dried-up lake and climbs out into the forest, since no one else would come out in this weather, but she herself was already accustomed to such temperatures

-Sprout, Eve, Pearl, Belle and Sam hide in their base's underground pit, where it was the coolest during the hot, sweltering day

-Chuck, Janet, Stu, Bonnie and Gus continue to camp in their fortress, attempting to avoid the horribly hot temperatures of the environment around them

-Mr. P,  Byron and Lola consume one of Byron's potions to help them feel colder, but even so they can still the furious heat tickling at their skin and burning them

-Meg and Doug dig towards Doug's base from Meg's base with their shovels; together, they spend the day digging out a tunnel, wide enough for a person to walk through or sit in, all the way to Doug's base. When they finally reach the base, they decide to keep it as an emergency hideout and instead shift all of Doug's resources over to Meg's base, which is a lot thanks to the previous Infinite Food and Water modifier

-After a lot of treatments, Kit finally wakes up, leaving Clancy extremely joyful that his hard work and patience paid off for the little kitten. Kit maintains certain injuries, most of which are quite minor and not life-threatening, showing no sign of how close to death he was in the previous days. Gratefully, Kit gives Clancy a tight hug and thanks him for nursing him back to health

-Charlie and Draco begin to dig out an emergency exit passage from their base; unfortunately, since they only have one shovel, their progress was very slow

-Otis sweats uncontrollably from the heat, given he was used to colder, bottom-of-the-sea icy temperatures

-Mico and Melodie's base is hit by a load of rocks and soil crashing down on them because of the burning weather that caused cracks in the ground above; Mico is completely crushed and killed, while Melodie has her leg pinned under a rock

-Chester, Moe and Kenji go as deep into the mountain as they can, where there was no light but it was much cooler than the main cavern of their base
