Tripmine walked out of his house and headed towards Medkit's house. He was walking slower than usual though. When he arrived, Medkit was at the gate first. Tripmine gave him a smile and waved, and so did Medkit. Then they began to walk to school together.

Tripmine was discussing school and robotics, the same as usual. Medkit listened, but he was more focused on something else.

It's been a month ever since the incident, and Tripmine wasn't the same ever since. It made Medkit worried. His personality didn't feel real. It was like he had hidden his identity from everyone and replaced it with a fake one. And Medkit could somehow feel the difference. He doesn't know how or why either.

Tripmine didn't seem to notice that Medkit wasn't listening to a word he was saying, but he didn't mind. To Tripmine, Medkit never cared at all. But Medkit did care though, he always cared about Tripmine.

When they got to school, they waved goodbye and went their separate ways. Class was starting soon.

Tripmine screwed and cranked a piece of scrap metal to a metal plate, using a screwdriver. Robotics is ending soon, and a few people have already left. He looked at the clock, 7pm. He sighed and kept repairing the piece of metal in his hands.

He planned on staying at Medkit's house for a while. He didn't want to go home yet. He needed some comfort from Medkit. He's been going there more lately, he knows for sure that Medkit is getting tired of it, but Tripmine can't help it. For some reason, Tripmine feels comfortable and relieved when he's with Medkit. Even if Medkit doesn't do anything, like not moving an inch or looking at Tripmine in the eyes, he feels safe and comfortable around Medkit more than anyone else. But whenever he's not with him, he starts to panic. Just like how every single time he starts walking home, he can feel his emotions rushing to him all at once. Anxiety. Fear. He was scared. Home isn't safe anymore. Almost every day he goes home and get-

"Tripmine?"

Tripmine jumped. He turned around and only saw his classmate (no name, it's just a random person), who was also on the robotics team with Tripmine.

"Tripmine, you do know it's time to go already, right?" They asked him.

Tripmine confusingly tilted his head. When he looked back at the clock, it was 8pm.

What the? Didn't he just look at the clock a minute ago? How did time go so fast? Was he zoning out again? Whatever.

"Oh! I didn't realize! Thanks, I'll get going now!" Tripmine replied with a happy tone. He got up and put away the screws and screwdrivers into the tool box and grabbed his bag. He said goodbye and goodnight to everyone else who was still in the room. He exited the building and looked at the sky. The sun was setting, barely on top of the tallest mountain in the distance. Tripmine hoped that Medkit let him come over.
