The days of the internships ended, and the students began to return to U.A. High with new experiences and skills. However, for Izuku, things weren't as smooth. His injuries from the encounter with Stain had been severe enough that he couldn't continue with his internship.

While the young student was recovering Kai and Grand Torino were sitting on the leaving room of Grand Torino's house.

"You saw them, right?" Grand Torino stated as he took a sip of his tea. "The Villain that led the attack to USJ"

Kai nodded "I saw him on a ceiling a few miles away" Kai said taking his own sip of coffee. But before I could go after them, they disappeared just as she did"

Gran Torino raised an eyebrow, catching the slight hesitation in Kai's voice. "She?"

Kai leaned back into the worn couch; his expression conflicted. "That woman I encountered the night of the Sports Festival... the one who looked at me like she knew me. I've been thinking about her ever since. She could be connected to my past, to the family I've been searching for, but... I don't know if I can trust that. What if it's just a trick?"

Gran Torino took another thoughtful sip of tea before setting the cup down gently. "The family you've been looking for, huh? It's been a long road, hasn't it? Ever since we found you in that capsule, you've been searching for answers."

"I had just diced to stop looking for them, and then she appeared" Kai said with a bit of frustration.

Gran Torino leaned forward slightly, his old eyes studying Kai carefully. "Tell me more about her. What did you feel when you saw her? Do you think she could be part of your family?"

Kai hesitated, the memory of that encounter flashing through his mind.  "I don't know," he admitted finally. "She felt... familiar. Like I'd seen her before, but I couldn't place when or how. It's possible she's connected to All For One, but part of me can't shake the feeling that she's... important. I don't know why." Kai sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "But I know, but I can't just ignore this. She could have answers about who I am, about where I come from. But at the same time... if she's tied to All For One, she could be dangerous. What if approaching her puts everyone at risk?"

Gran Torino studied Kai in silence for a moment before speaking. "You're thinking like a hero, which is good. But remember, being a hero also means following your instincts. If your gut tells you she's connected to your past, then you owe it to yourself to find out. Just be smart about it. Don't let them manipulate you."

"I will grandpa" Kai said with a sad smile. As Izuku came down from his room wearing his UA uniform. "Good to see you better kid" Kai said with a more genuine smile.

"Yes, thou my arm is till hurting a bit." Izuku said moving his right arm with a bit of difficulty. "But thanks to your training I was able to hold myself against the Hero Kile...."

Before Izuku could finish, Grand Torino smashed his head with his staff. "He wasn't fighting to kill you kid don't get cocky"

Izuku rubbed his head sheepishly. "Yes, sir. I'll keep that in mind."

"You should get going back to your home Kid" Kai said with a smile, "I'll see you back at school

"It was good to have you kids, even though you faced greater challenges than your classmates," Kai remarked.

Grand Torino spoke one las time, "You did well, better than what you could have done if you remained the same as during the sports festival. But you still have much to learn. Keep working hard."

"I will" Izuku said with determination as he left towards the train station.

Grand Torino smiled at Kai. " Now, let's go get something to eat, for old times' sake."
