My Hero Academia Symbol of Hope

First Event.

The event kicked with Mic's announcement. As soon as it happened Todoroki was the one who an early lead by freezing the ground making for the others more difficult to move. As the son of Endeavour gained a strategic advantage over his classmates. There were a few who didn't fell for the trick and they were noticed by Todoroki. "I knew some of you wouldn't fall for it" Todoroki muttered as he continued running.

Among those who managed to keep pace with the son of the number two hero was Izuku, , Bakugo, Momo, Kirishima and Mineta their determination to win the event was noticeable form the stands each one of them with the same thought, to win....

"Keep calm, don't lose focus. Eyes on the goal," Izuku reminded himself, as he jumped forward towards Todoroki.

But the path wasn't going to be easy as the first part of the Obstacle race was full of the robots that the students of the hero course had to defeat in order to pass the exam. Including the Zero-point Robots.

"I hoped they had prepared something better. My stupid old man is watching," Todoroki said with a bored tone, as he activated his ice quirk covering completely the Zero pointer and making it collapse blocking the way of the other students, shocking the participants and the expatiators Including Kai and his father.

"That was..." Toshinori expressed with shock unable to finish the sentence.

"So much power and so young, he surely is the son of Endeavour." Kai said with a hint of pride towards the student. "Thank god he entered by recommendation, he would have broken my record with no sweat" Kai added in a joke making his father chuckle and nod in agreement

As the smoke from the frozen robot cleared, the other students quickly followed Todoroki's lead. Izuku, in particular, dashed forward not wanting to be left behind, on his way, he grabbed one of the pieces of the fallen robots as a makeshift weapon to clear his path of the smaller robotic obstacles.

At the same Bakugo soared above the fray, his explosive quirk propelling him forward as he cursed Todoroki "Don't get cocky half and half bastard!!!" He shouted ad , Sero and Tokoyami were also in close pursuit, each navigating thru obstacles in their own unique way.

"Don't think I'm letting you take this one so easy Todoroki!!" Sero said challengingly. As he moved forward.

"They're really giving everything they got, that's good" Toshi noted as he observed the students' swift progress, being faster than the other classes.

"It's normal, after facing villains and fighting for their lives, they are bound to have more experience" Kai said with pride, thou he had only been the assistant of Aizawa, he couldn't help to feel pride in the students of class 1A

Amidst the chaos, Yaoyorozu showcased her ingenuity, crafting a cannon from her quirk to obliterate the remaining zero-point robots opening the path for her and the other students.

Kai observed, silently impressed by Yaoyorozu's powers. As his father noticed it smiling slightly. "Young Yaoyorozu caught your eye?"

"She has a strong quirk," Kai said as he continued observing, "But I want to know how well she can react on a situation of true pressure"

Toshinori nodded in agreement, "You are right on that," as both heroes continued to observe the race.

The students progressed to the second trial; they were met with a daunting challenge—a giant cannon with ropes. Todoroki, Bakugo were the first ones to gain advantaged one ucing his Ice quirk to move thru the ropes, while Bakugo flew over the canon, Izuku not wasting time started to go thru the rope he was slower than his companions but he maintained a steady rhythm even with the metal piece hanging from his back. A student from the support curse used her inventions to pass the cannon quickly while other students had trouble with that part.
