The city of Townsville, a city known for its population of monsters, criminals, and evil masterminds. That make the local citizens feel unsafe. Villains old and new aim to corrupt the city and maybe take over the world.
However, we aren't going to that part just yet, let's start the story off with a more peaceful setting...
It's Monday at 8:23a.m. in Midway Middle School, several pre-adolescent kids roam the halls. The jocks, the nerds, the country kids, hipsters, cheerleaders. Almost every social group genre was here starting their first week back to school. Out of all these kids, three glowing, almost technicolored girls stick out in particular.
One girl had blonde hair, blue eyes, and appeared to be the shortest and chubbist of the three. She was wearing a long, blue, puff dress with puffy shoulders. Her hair had scrunchies tying it up into ponytails and she wore white knee high socks and black mary janes.
"Hey did you ever get the schedule for our new classes?" She says, talking to the other two girls.
A girl with long, chestnut hair tied in a long ponytail with a red bow, bright pink eyes, and a face dotted in freckles turned to her from her open locker. "Is that even a question? I always stay ready when it comes to my schedule." She says, in a snarcy, almost cocky tone.
Suddenly, while they were talking, another girl, this time, with a short, black bob, green eyes, and ear piercings, was the last to drop into the conversation. "Ah... these breaks just feel too short..." She spoke with a New Yorker accent unnatural to how she'd speak normally.
The blonde girl replied, "Oh come on! It's only been three months." The girl with the bow then spoke after. "Yeah, that seems like more than enough time. I used my break to get more productive and study my classes ahead." The goth one responded begrudgingly, "Well, good for yous... that's what you do since you're the smart one."
Just as they were talking, the school bell rings. It's time for their first period for the day. The three girls walk along the hall, as many other kids surrounding do the same.
Their first period was algebra. Children are talking and settling down in their seats. Some are throwing paper airplanes, others are gossiping and sharing stories. Suddenly after a few minutes, they all quickly stood still in their seats as the teacher walked inside.
A tall, green, humanoid man with big, goat like horns, and an eyepatch walks into the room and writes his name on the board. 'Mr. Green'.
"Good morning children! I hope you all had a wonderful summer break. Most of you must know me, but for any new kids, I'm Mr. Green."
He picks up a clipboard with several students names on them and gets ready to file attendance. "Okay, let's start off with calling for attendance!"
Several students names were called until we get to the last few. "Blossom Utonium!" The bow girl stands up and raises her hand, "Here!" Mr. Green looks at another name on the line, "Bubbles Utonium!" The blonde girl raises her hand, "Present!" He finally looks at one more name, "Buttercup Utonium!" The girl with the punk goth vibe raises her hand while resting her legs over her desk, "Yo! Here!".
Mr. Green looks over the list again and picks up a red highlighter. "Well, it appears that many of you students came perfectly on attendance, but some have not shown up yet." After he says that, he swipes three red strikes across the names. "And on the first day of school..." He places the clipboard on the desk and is getting ready to start off the lesson. "Okay, let's start by finding X"
Minutes go by and Green is still reviewing. Blossom is sweeping through the problems like they're nothing, Buttercup tries to peak at her work, but she covers it, and Bubbles is also writing answers on her paper until a girl taps on her shoulder. "Hey, do you know the answer to this one problem?" The girl had straight brown hair, blue eyes, and green apple earrings in her ears. She leaned over and Bubbles gave her the answer to the problem she needed to solve. "Thank you!" She whispered, "You're welcome!" Bubbles replied.
