Project 0409

When the boy started his training we still had demons to kill. The Vector was somewhere on this land and we need to locate him before he finds us. David and Melena proposed to teach the boy how to fight and stances. Casper and I were now left to find the Vector alone.

Before we left the boy helped us out by handing over a map of the entire landmass. We thanked him and left for the city closest to the farm. We journeyed through several landmarks, a golden forest, a lake that ran rough, then a field of white tulips. When we reached the first city Casper ducked my hood over my eyes and told me to play it cool while she entered a sort of wraith mode as she vanished from thin air. I walked through the stone path, all around me was like a dream land. Markets that weren't stands but fully fledged buildings, people actually filled the streets instead of hiding from crime. These motor vehicles were driving through the streets and obeying these lights that signaled in segments of green, yellow, and red. The air felt so clean, and people were so innocent.

After getting sidetracked I put my sights back on the mission. There was a Vector somewhere and he could be disturbing the peace as I speak. Everywhere I searched carried no sign of demon activity, even Casper couldn't see anything out of ordinary. Our search went dull, so we traveled to the next area. As we passed through the land toward the next area Casper seemed to stay behind me instead of next to me like she usually does. I slowed my pace and walked beside her. She seemed so shy, so I asked her if anything was wrong. She twirled her fingers together and returned the question, she didn't know what to do after all this was over. Once we kill Calmer where will we go.

I stepped in front of her and directed her attention to me. I told her that after this war then our souls will be settled, her and I can finally get to know each other more, David and Melena can live the rest of their lives in peace away from hell. Her eyes changed back to the lighter pink and she picked up her energetic self again. Before I could turn around her eyes immediately switched to red as she pushed me out of the way and dodged a flaming spear. I rushed to my feet to see the small fireteam of demons that had another bandage faced team leader. Casper charged forward after telling me to save the bandage faced demon for last. I followed her from behind and we unleashed hell onto the enemy. She took on three, I took the other three along with the bandage face. My flaming blade cut through each demon with ease, in just one dancing flash I Eliminated all the opposition. The team leader held his own against my strikes. Casper had finished tearing the enemy in half, so she joined the fight. I used devil vision to see his weak spot. His spine along the shoulder region would kill him if it were severed. I told Casper to stand back as I thanked David for his training "Viper stance, raging whirlwind slash" The demon leader froze in fear as my sword of raging fire cut through him along every single joint and straight in half. He fell to the floor and tried to control his breathing. I stabbed my sword through his mouth and pinned him to the ground. Casper sadistically walked past the team leader and stole his memory. Once we confirmed that he works for the Vector I pulled the sword from his mouth and was about to kill him when Casper stopped me. She had a dark red tint to her eyes as she told me that she has something awesome she has been practicing behind the scenes.

I nodded and stood back, Casper recited a quick lullaby under her breath and waved her arms down then up to make a decent sized Ethier Serpent constrict the demon leader. Casper balled both her fists and placed them vertically on each other as if she was gripping a pole. She tugged downward as she cackled maniacally. Eventually the serpent sucked enough energy from the demon leader to drag him into the massive ethier pool under the serpent. Casper unballed her fists and waved them slowly outward as if she just banished this demon from existence.
