I toss the last bag into the wagon, Carl  helping Lilly up into the wagon and Paisley, Charlotte, Faith, Rich and Lucky all already in. I help Carl up in the front of the wagon and get on Juniper, sense Blaze is hooked up on the wagon. "Remi not going with us?" Faith shakes her head, Raven and Blaze start up walking down the road Juniper following beside them. "What's up with her lately? She's been off and been distant, is she still with Wyatt?" I shrug wiping the sweat from my forehead, Wyatt is her boyfriend she got together with him a few months ago trying to forget Quinn. He's not the worst guy but definitely not the best, I've had to beat the shit outta him a couple times and Remi won't break up with him for some reason. "Yeah, they're together. I wish she'd break up with him though, he's an asshole and im going to end up killing him if he lays another hand on her." My radio goes static for the hundredth time today, I guess ill listen in because I haven't got anything better to do on the ride over. "Curly fry, you there?" I sigh and pick my radio up answering back. "Yeah what's up?" The radio goes silent, Tara picked the names I'm Curly fry, Remi is doctor.Jr.Jr because she's younger than Sidiq and Enid, Willow is Alaskan Viking, Tara says it's because she always wares a Dutch braid but she's not even Alaskan.

"What are yall doing right now? We're re-building the bridge." I pick the radio back up and look around to the wagon and down to Juniper. "Going to Hilltop, I can break off if yall need my help. We're going the woods way, i can turn and head there." The radio goes silent again before a diffrent voice comes through. "Max, hurry the fuck up Daryl is in a fight its pretty heated and you need to come here." What the shit dad, it's probably that long haired savior prick too. "Be there soon." I pit the radio down on my belt and have Juniper run up to the wagon next to Carl and Lilly in the front. "Hey I gotta go, my dad's in a fight at the bridge. Arat came over said it was bad gotta go and stop it, love you guys." Lilly waves to me, Carl nods and Faith waves also. "Love you dad, be safe." I wave to them and Juniper runs off down the road and through a thick patch of woods. We race through the woods getting to the bridge in five minutes or maybe less.

"Get the fuck off my dad!" Rick and Eugene run out of the woods behind me, I get off Juniper and run over to the savior punching him in the nose, he falls back and I kick him in the crotch. "Enough! I said enough!" Rick pulls me off the dude and pulls my dad away from the one Aaron was fighting. "Go back to work." Rick pulls dad to he side as I walk over to Aaron and Arat, she nods to me and picks up a hammer. "Hey, you guys alright?" She nods and so does Aaron, Arat's lip is bleeding and her eye is a little swollen. "Fucker punched me after I was trying to get your dad away, didn't want more trouble than we already had and these pricks aren't helping." Aaron tosses her a rag and she puts it on her lip wiping the blood away. "Glad you're on our side now, you're pretty cool if you aren't killing my friends." She smiles shoving the rag on her belt and swinging around the hammer. "Yeah, sorry about that." I shrug. "It's fine, I didn't ever like Oliva that was the only one you killed."

We both smile and walk over to Juniper, I get on the horse Arat looking up at me. "If anyone gives you trouble let me know, I'll handle it, if they're from yours, mine, or any other group, okay?" She nods putting her hand up shielding her eyes from the sun. "You remind me of someone i used to know, before the apocalypse. How old are you?" Weird I thought the same thing about her when I first saw her. "I'm seventeen." She pauses for a moment and her eyes go wide before she smacks my leg. "Max, and your little sister Remi holy shit! We were like bestfriends when we were little, holy fuck I knew I recognized you but didn't think this was you." Everything is clicking in my head, the name, the face, the voice. "Actually no way, Remi was talking about you earlier. You never went by Arat, it was always Aritana, (are-it-ta-na) or Tana what changed?" She shrugs whilest petting Juniper. "Guess I grew up, I'll see ya Max." I wave to her taking back off on my rout to The Hilltop, on Juniper.
