How did this happen? That thing that suspicious doujin do where the eccentric character did something strange off-page. So 'Japan did it' could work.
China says something menacing like 'I'm off to do shameful things in your body.' But then he just eats a good meal, buys a massage chair to use for a few hours, and gets a full night of sleep. North spends the entire time pulling increasingly large and comical items out of China's sleeves and in the end doesn't learn how they work. But actually North would never let China gallivant around in his body so he just handcuffs them together until it wears off. But then China has the key and he doesn't let North out until he has a meal with him, so he still gets his way.
