Chapter 36: Harvey's dream

Harvey POV

I dream to become a healer because I don't want others to experience anything like what I experience. Seeing my brothers dying and learning that if we boil some tea then we can save them make me feel like I regret that I didn't know anything about herbs before.

I promise to fulfill my dreams so I study in the beast city under an ape beastman as an apprentice. I learn a lot within  almost 4 years of studying, although I still need to study, I can now cure some simple Illness like cold, cough, and fever. I can identify herbs too if I see one.

One time when the old male teaching me about pregnant female and some safe herbs for them, I got summon by the ape king, at first I thought I done something wrong or offended someone but I got shock when he told me that his female want me to be one of her mates.

I thought he's just making fun of me, as I can't gain stripes because of that cold that cut my power progress, the ape healer actually knows about it but he told me that just go to the tiger castle and check for myself.

I got really curious so after learning another lesson from the old ape healer, I decided to check if the ape king is telling the truth.

When I came to the castle the guards let me in, and told me to wait for their queen. I nodded but before I can get to the door of the castle I see a bloody wolf male. He have a long cut in his stomach.

The ape king come outside, seeing the male, I saw how he panicked when the wolf male collapse. He immediately goes inside and when he comes outside he have a bag of herbs with him, a black hair and a small needle.

I smell some wine in the container he's holding, he clean the wound with the wine before closing the wound with the needle and hair, he put some herbs but still I can feel that the beastman wouldn't make it.

I hear a crying female so I look at the direction where the cries came from. I saw a beautiful female with silver white hair and forest green eyes. She look adorable when crying. She run to where the wolf male collapse, now I know he's one of her mate. Having someone that will cry for us when we get hurt is like having a rare emerald.

I saw her crying just a moment and then another second she's glowing, I saw how her hair change color and a blue light envelope the wolf beastman. The big severe wound immediately healed, I gasp and panicked when she fainted after.

Her mates held her and task me to take care of her for 5 days, I already met all of them, the whole days that she doesn't wake up. I'm the one preparing some soft meal and tea to replenish her energy while her males can't stop doing something. They talk about an evil female, they manage to punished that female. When she woke up, I feel relieved.

The weight in my shoulder finally remove. We have something to talk to. Finally I hear her says those word to me, she ask me to be her mate. I feel like an emerald offer itself to me.

We haven't mated yet but I feel like I'm part of her family already. She makes me feel home and belong.

When we travel, her mates told me to stay with her as healer but I know part of it is to get to know each other. In our first destination she encounter a twin sheep, I saw how she looks at them that I want to get jealous but when she looks at me the same way, I can't stop my heart from beating.

The next village, they join a bonfire again, I know she'll pick someone from the village again because she told us so. The way she assured us all first before picking someone, she even inform the twin.

I got confuse when she came home, and all her mates pick some of their things and the cubs leaving her with me. I thought they'll leave us, when I hear her laughing I look at her confuse.

"Your such a baby, even Winston will get it if the others leave us in one room, and he's younger than you baby" she chuckle before kissing my cheeks. I feel myself blushing from it, then just that and I get it now.

"A-are you sure?" She look at me with her sincere eyes, I can see her love for me in her beautiful eyes. But I waited for a word of assurance.

"Of course I'm sure, my love. I love you, I want to be yours" she whisper, simple words but for me that's the only thing I wish to hear from her from the very start.

I pull her into me, smacking my lips into hers, kissing her tenderly. Every move of our lips pour our devotion and love, every travel of our hands, telling each other how deep our love is. Our body communicate with each other.

I explore her body with my hands, mouth and tongue. I savour every each, every corner and every skin my body can reach. When I smell how her arousal envelope our room, my exploration stop and just enter her tight and warm entrance.

When our body become one, I feel my very own existence matter. The voice she created is like music to my ears making my body react in her every call of my name with her soft voice that have a hint of her arousal.

Her body reaction in my every move is like a new dance that our own body created, it's like a magic embedded into our soul making our body react as one. She came a lot of times as me but her words of wanting more is cutting my sense of patience, I let us succumb in instinct until finally I feel her tired of our mating.

I let her sleep after her 10th release. I clean us with clean cloth and water, I change the bedding with her in my arms. I saw a small blond leopard below the red snake in her left breasts before I change her clothes into some comfortable clothes.

I slept by her side with her in my arms.
