"Ballader, sir." A Fatui agent bowed at the shorter man's feet, not daring to look him in the eye.

"What is it?" The harbinger sighed in exasperation, feeling as if he could never do anything without one of his underlings coming to him for something stupid.

"We've captured a young man. White hair, red streak and red eyes. He refuses to answer any questions we ask but from his clothing, we assume he's Inazuman."

"An Inazuman in Snezhnaya during the Sakoku Decree?" He scoffed, not believing a word said to him. "Fine, I'll take a look at him. You better hope it's worth my time."

With that, the infamous 6th of the 11 harbingers stormed off while cursing his mother under his breath.

"Lord Harbinger." The agents guarding the cell greeted, stepping aside as they bowed to allow him to pass.

As the agent had said before, the young man before him had white hair with a red streak. His red eyes stared into the harbinger's, causing him to chuckle.

An audacious one he was.

Despite that, the only indicator of where he could possibly be from was his clothing. Styled in a way typical of teenaged boys and young adult men, at least when Scara called the place home.

His gaze moved back to the highlight in the nameless prisoner's hair. Red, just like Niwa...in the exact same place too.

Perhaps it was just a coincidence, he wiped out every living person in Tatarasuna after all.

"Who are you?" The Balladeer demanded.

"I have no reason to tell you." The young man's voice was quiet, yet firm. It was as if nothing could interfere with his calm.

"I think you do have a reason. I hold all the power here, you don't have the room to be so audacious." Scara's tone gave way to his irritation.

The young man stared at him for a few moments, seeming to weigh his current options. Either tell the harbinger his name, or face whatever punishment he could deal out.

"What, have you forgotten it?" Scara provoked.

"...Kaedehara Kazuha. My name is Kaedehara Kazuha." The prisoner said calmly, albeit hesitantly as well.

"...Vaguely familiar..." The Balladeer tried to recall where he heard the name, already knowing it had something to do with the cursed land of electro.

Kazuha tilted his head slightly, surprised by his captor's words. It wasn't often that someone outside of Inazuma recognised the name Kaedehara, even then it was usually an older local who left just before the Sakoku Decree was passed.

After the fall of the Kaedehara Clan decades ago no one talked about the family, thus the once famed nobles of Inazuma became unknown. Someone living in the isolated land of Snezhnaya, much less a member of the infamous Fatui knowing anything about the name Kaedehara was odd in itself. What confused the samurai even more was that the harbinger that seemed to know about his family looked to be around his age, if his height and the bottom half of his clothing could indicate anything.

"You are...familiar with my family?" Kazuha dared to ask, squinting into the dimly lit area as he tried to see more of the man.

His captor scoffed before responding to him.

"You have no right to ask such questions here. I could kill you with no consequences, these soldiers here wouldn't even bat an eye."

"I see..."

"What business does an Inazuman have in Snezhnaya during the Sakoku decree?" The Balladeer settled back into the attitude befitting of his title. "Were you sent by your Archon?"
