Third Person POV
Mittelt: "Hey, is it me, or is Freed... different from the last time we saw him?"
Currently at the abandoned church on the outskirts of the town of Kuoh, down in the basement which resided just beneath the altar up above, Mittelt was leaning up against the wall and looking at her fellow Fallen Angels: Kalawarner and Raynare.
The trio had just returned from their little side quest of retrieving the blonde-haired nun who held the Twilight Healing Sacred Gear.
Retrieving her was no simple task, though; the house that she was located in was the home of the same person who killed Dohnaseek. Luckily, he wasn't there at the time, so they didn't need to worry about fighting him; though that didn't mean that Asia was unguarded.
When they arrived at the house, they had to face off against a pair of women who seemed to be protecting their target. Some of the lesser Fallen Angels thought that it would have been a piece of cake, considering that they were only human, that no mere human could stand up against a supernatural.
Oh, how wrong they were, because those two women put up one hell of a fight against the Fallen and the exorcists that were with them. They even managed to kill off a good number of them, reducing their ranks to only a handful now.
One of the women was a simple regular human, yet she was a tough opponent because she fought them off with bloody missile launchers; who the hell fights with those?
The other woman, on the other hand, was by no means human. Mittelt felt something demonic about her the moment she laid her eyes on her, but strangely enough... she wasn't a Devil. This greatly confused the Fallen because Kalawarner tried to use her Light Spear on the woman, only for her to catch it and kill one of the exorcists with it.
It didn't make sense; she had a demonic aura, which meant that their Light Spears should have burned her the moment she caught the spear.
Yet, it didn't do that...
Unless the Devils have found a way to become immune to their Holy Light, that woman was no ordinary devil. Plus, there was the way that she attacked using lightning; it almost reminded Mittelt of a certain Fallen.
Either way, they managed to get Asia back after a very long and difficult battle, and now with her in their possession, they could finally do the ritual that would allow them to take the Gear from her.
And it is all thanks to the assistance of their comrade and psychotic exorcist: Freed Sellzen.
Oh yeah....
That Reminds her...

Speaking of him, Mittelt didn't want to openly admit this; since she was supposed to be a powerful Fallen Angel, but she had to say that... she was actually a little intimidated by the new Freed.
She thought that it was only her imagination playing tricks on her, mainly because of how laughable it sounded. Like seriously, her? A Fallen Angel being intimidated by a mere human? Something like that is absolutely wild and completely unheard of.
Then again, she had known Freed since they were assigned to stay in the town of Kuoh by order of their Master, and she could safely admit that the Freed she knew was nothing like the one that showed up at their front door.
The way that he talks to others now.
The way he moves now.
And the way that he looks in anyone's direction sends a shiver of dread and fear down their spines. It almost felt like they were all standing in the same room with a slumbering monster, that any sudden movement would awaken it and force it into a blood rage.
