Lumine and Childe approached a small inn in Fontaine, its warm glow inviting them inside. As they stepped through the doorway, they were greeted by a friendly innkeeper.
"Welcome," the innkeeper said, his voice warm and welcoming. "Can I help you?"
Lumine smiled. "We're looking for a room," she replied.
The innkeeper nodded. "Certainly," he said. "We have a few rooms available. Would you like a single or a double?"
Childe glanced at Lumine, who shrugged. "A double, please," she replied.
The innkeeper smiled. "Very good," he said. "Follow me."
He led them upstairs to a cozy room with a large bed and a view of the canal. Lumine and Childe thanked the innkeeper and entered the room.
As they unpacked their bags, Lumine couldn't help but feel a sense of peace. They had found a place to rest, a place to recharge.
Childe smiled. "This is nice," he said. "We should stay here for a few days."
Lumine nodded. "We should," she replied. "We need to rest and regroup."
As they settled into the room, Lumine couldn't help but feel a sense of hope. They were getting closer to their goal, to stopping the Tsaritsa's plans.
And she knew that with Childe by her side, they could do anything.
As she looked out the window at the canal, Lumine couldn't help but feel a sense of peace. She was in Fontaine, a beautiful city filled with life and energy.
She was with Childe, and she was safe.
She knew that everything would be alright.
Lumine and Childe were in their room, each busy with their own preparations. Lumine was sharpening her sword, her movements precise and deliberate. Childe was practicing his waterbending, his vision glowing with a soft blue light.
Paimon sat on the bed, her arms crossed. "Can you two please stop being so dramatic?" she grumbled. "We're trying to save the world here."
Lumine and Childe ignored her, their focus on their tasks.
"And while we're at it," Paimon continued, "I think we should establish some ground rules."
Lumine and Childe looked up, their eyebrows raised. "Ground rules?" Childe asked.
Paimon nodded. "Yes," she replied. "Rule number one: no flirting."
Childe chuckled. "I thought you were supposed to be the fun-loving companion," he said.
Paimon rolled her eyes. "Rule number two," she continued. "No touching. No holding hands. No romantic gestures."
Lumine and Childe exchanged amused glances. "Paimon," Lumine said, her voice filled with amusement. "We're just friends."
Paimon snorted. "We'll see about that," she replied. "Rule number three: no late-night talks."
Childe raised an eyebrow. "What's wrong with late-night talks?" he asked.
Paimon rolled her eyes. "Nothing," she replied. "Just don't get any ideas."
Lumine and Childe couldn't help but laugh. Paimon was so dramatic, so overprotective. But they knew that she was just trying to protect them.
As they continued their preparations, Lumine and Childe couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. They were getting closer to their goal, to stopping the Tsaritsa's plans.
And they knew that with Paimon watching them, they would be safe.
Lumine and Childe continued their preparations, ignoring Paimon's complaints. They were too focused on their mission to pay attention to her.
