Paimon returned to the inn, her face flushed and her breathing heavy. She had been running around the city, trying to find something to eat.
As she entered the room, she found Lumine sitting at the table, her eyes fixed on something.
"What's wrong?" Paimon asked, her voice filled with concern. "You look like you've seen a ghost."
Lumine looked up, her face turning red. "I'm fine," she replied, her voice a little shaky.
Paimon raised an eyebrow. "Really?" she said. "Because you look like you're about to cry."
Lumine sighed. "It's nothing," she replied. "Just a little tired."
Paimon nodded, her eyes filled with suspicion. "Are you sure?" she asked. "You're acting weird."
Lumine hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "I'm fine," she replied. "Really."
Paimon sighed. "Okay," she said. "If you say so."
As Paimon sat down at the table, she noticed a piece of paper on the table. She picked it up and began to read.
As she read, her eyes widened in surprise. Childe had left a note for Lumine, and it was filled with romantic declarations.
Paimon looked at Lumine, her eyes filled with amusement. "So, that's why you're acting so weird," she said.
Lumine's face turned even redder. She tried to grab the note from Paimon, but Paimon was too quick.
"No way," Paimon said, holding the note out of reach. "I want to read this."
Lumine groaned. "Paimon, please," she said. "It's private."
Paimon ignored her. She began to read the note, her eyes widening with each word.
When she had finished reading, she looked at Lumine with a mixture of amusement and disbelief. "Wow," she said. "So, that's what's been going on. He Kissed you and you just let him?!"
"I'm sorry! for some reason He has me in my feels... I think I'm falling for him."
"But he's a harbinger..." Paimon pointed out.Lumine groaned again. "I know. Paimon, please," she said. "Don't tell anyone."
Paimon smiled. "I won't," she replied. "But you know, you should just tell him how you feel."
Lumine shook her head. "I can't," she replied. "It's too dangerous."
Paimon sighed. "Whatever you say," she replied. "But I think you're missing out."
As Lumine sat there, her heart pounding in her chest, she couldn't help but agree. She was missing out on something special, something that could change her life.
But she knew that she had to be careful. She couldn't let her feelings get the better of her. She had to focus on her mission, on stopping the Tsaritsa's plans.
And so, she decided to put her feelings aside. For now.
As she watched Paimon eat her dinner, Lumine couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness. She knew that she was missing out on something special, but she also knew that she had to be strong.
She had to focus on her mission, on her brother. And she knew that she would do whatever it took to save them both.
And so, she decided to put her feelings aside. For now.
Paimon sat at the table, her eyes fixed on Lumine. She had been watching Lumine closely for the past few days, and she had noticed something was different.
Lumine was acting strange, distracted, almost lost in her thoughts. And then, she had seen the note from Childe. It was clear that something was going on between them.
