The knock on Zahir's door made him groan out loud. He had just left Rayne and wanted to sleep before he caught his flight.

Looking through his peephole, he seen it was this girl he used to mess with. What the fuck was this?

"What can i do for you Char?" He asked, annoyed.

"Well don't act like you're happy to see me." She said sarcastically.

He just looked at her.

"Can i come in?"

"No. Let's get to the point."

"I know you're not into this shit no more so thought i should just let you know that Rico is looking for you."

He scrunched up his face. "Is that it?"

"Look, I know we kinda ended on a bad note but i wouldn't want anything to happen to you. He was talking about taking money from you and messing up your shop. Saying you stole from him. I just wanted to warn you."

He simply nodded his head. "Thanks. Stay safe out here." He said, closing his door.

If it wasn't one thing, it's another.

Rah was pacing back and forth. He was hot.

"What does he mean you stole from him?" He asked out loud.

Zahir couldn't understand what that nigga was talking about to begin with. He didn't take money from anyone. The fuck did he need to do that for? He made his own money.

He hadn't been in the dope game for years so why was he getting mixed in somebody else's bullshit?

"I'm trynna figure this shit out. Somebody trynna set me up."

"What you look like stealing from niggas anyway? What sense does that make? It's probably his own people."

"Man ion give a fuck who it is. I just know it ain't me. Niggas trynna rope me into shit that ain't got nothing to do with me."

"I know one thing, that shop go up, niggas heads is getting knocked off. We worked too hard for that shit."

Zahir nodded in agreement. It took them a couple years to get that shit up and running. To have the business they got. There was no way he was going to let anybody fuck his motion up.

"Type shit. Listen, imma go get some sleep. I gotta catch my flight in the morning. Just hold shit down until i get back."

"You know i got it covered." Rah said before dating him up and leaving.

Zahir made his way back to his bedroom.

"Niggas do too much." He said out loud.

Zahir landed in Tampoco an hour ago, the sun was shining and everyone around him was smiling. The energy was nothing but pure happiness and he fucked with it.

He told himself that he wasn't going to think about the shit back home, seeing as he was here on business. He was looking to expand his shop out here. There were a lot of talented people looking for work.

Getting into his rental, he made is way to the office space he had acquired while out here a couple months ago.

He wanted everything to go smoothly. He didn't have time for any screw ups. Everything needed to go exactly as planned.

Rayne was seated at a table by the window. It was chilly today and she actually didn't mind it. It was kind of the perfect weather.

She decided to go out on her own again today because being in her room wasn't cutting it for her anymore.

She needed to be outside of her safety zone. To get used to her surroundings again. It did make her happy that she was leaving the house more. Not calling anybody to accompany her.

"Your name is Rayne right?" Some lady asked her.

She hadn't known that she was standing there and wondered how long she had been there.

"Who are you?" She asked.

She was a young white lady. She was very pretty and she noticed that she was pregnant.

"You don't know me but I know you. Or well know about you. He doesn't know that I'm here speaking with you but. I just had to let you know that i am carrying your mans child."

"My mans child?" She asked slowly.

The lady nodded her head.

Slowly nodding her head, Rayne just looked at her. What did she want her to say exactly?

"Umm congrats."

"So you don't care that he's gotten somebody else pregnant?"

"You look like you're about ready to pop so this was probably before my time. What am I getting mad for?"

"I thought he said that he didn't have kids?" She thought.

"Before my time?" The lady asked slowly.

Something in her head clicked while looking at Rayne. Was she not crying about Chris? Was she talking to someone new already?

This made her smile. She could finally have this man to herself. They could finally live the life that she's been dreaming about since she fell for this man. She just needed to take his mind off of her. She clearly had moved on.

"I envy your beauty and I could understand why he's wrapped up in you. I'm sorry to come up to you with this kind of information. Matter of fact just forget that we ever had this conversation. Enjoy the rest of your day."

Rayne watched her walk away and couldn't help but to feel confused. Like what just happened? She never would imagine that she would be approached by another woman claiming to be carrying her man's child.

Getting into her car, she could still see Rayne from the window. She was even more beautiful in person. She couldn't believe that she found her. She knew that if she could find her, Chris could find her as well.

She needed to stop that from happening because she wanted him all to herself. They were made for each other. She loved him.

Looking down at her growing stomach she smiled. Life was about to change for her. She had a thought. If Rayne wanted to be away from Chris so bad, she could help her with that. She didn't know how she was going to set this plan into motion but she knew that she had to follow through with it.

No matter how much he tried to reassure her that he was ready for this, she needed him to be sure. She was going to be his new wife. That was her destiny.

Delusional she was.
