Night in Hriya's room had a soft, peaceful stillness as Arya stood by the mirror, adjusting her dupatta. She was getting ready for college, her delicate bangles making soft tinkling sounds as they slid down her wrist.

Arya:- Hrihaan zara mere bag mai books daldo please.

(Hrihaan, please put the books in my bag.)

Her voice was calm, though a slight exhaustion from her busy day lingered.

Hrihaan, still sleepy but alert, glanced at the books scattered on the bed.

Hrihaan:- Kaun si wali.

(Which one?)

Arya, while fixing her hair, gestured toward the books without turning.

Arya:- Wo jo bed par padi hai.

( The ones on the bed.)

Hrihaan collected the books, the rustle of pages breaking the silence for a moment.

Hrihaan:- Ye teeno.

( These three.)

Arya(softly):- Ha.

( Yes.)

He carefully packed her bag and approached her, his movements unhurried but thoughtful.

Hrihaan:- Ho gaya thaara basta taiyaar, waise tu Aaj thak gayi hogi na ek toh vrat tha, abhi jakar vrat khola aur subah se kitna kaam tha ghar mai,toh aaj tu college na ja.

(Your bag is ready. You must be tired today, with the fasting and all. You had so much work at home since morning. You shouldn't go to college today.)

His voice carried a concerned warmth, his Rajasthani accent lightly touching each word. Arya smiled faintly, appreciating his care.

Arya:- Nahi aaj ke lectures bahut important hai,mai miss nahi kar sakti.

( No, today's lectures are very important; I can't miss them.)

Just then, her comb slipped from her hands and clattered softly onto the floor.

Hrihaan:- Tu ruk mai uthakar deta hu.

( Hold on, I'll pick it up.)

He bent down to pick it up, his fingers grazing her feet unknowingly as he grabbed the comb. A subtle smile crossed his lips, and a warm, unspoken realization hit him.

Hrihaan:- Le thaari kanghi.

( Here is your comb.)

Arya took it with a grateful look.

Arya:- Thank you.

Hrihaan's thoughts drifted for a moment, a quiet satisfaction settling in.

Hrihaan( Thinking):- Ho gayi maari rasam puri.

( My ritual is completed.)

Arya, noticing his distraction, raised an eyebrow.

Arya:- Kaha khoye hue ho.

( Where are you lost?)

Hrihaan shook his head, snapping back to the moment.

Hrihaan:- Kathe na.

(Nowhere.)

Arya glanced at the clock, feeling the weight of time.

Arya:- Toh chalo late ho raha hai.

( Let's go, it's getting late.)

Hrihaan:- Ha chal.

( Yes,let's go.)
