In Switzerland, the evening was serene, with the soft golden light of the setting sun filtering through the large windows of their hotel room. Ashvik had planned an intimate date for Vridhi, intending to transform their room into a romantic haven. However, with her present, decorating was impossible, so he needed a plan.
Sitting on the bed, deep in thought, an idea struck Ashvik, and he let out a theatrical cry of pain.
Ashvik:- Aah...Aah.
Vridhi, engrossed in her book, immediately looked up, her face creasing with concern as she hurried toward him.
Vridhi:- Kya hua?aap chilla kyu rahe hai? aur aap aise kyu lete hue hai.
(What happened? Why are you screaming? And why are you lying like this?)
Ashvik groaned, clutching his stomach dramatically.
Ashvik:- Thaare ki dikhai na dera ke maara pet dard ho raha se isliye chilla raha hu ,kuch kar bahut dard ho raha hai maare ko.
(Can't you see that my stomach is hurting? That's why I'm screaming. Do something, it's hurting a lot.)
Panic laced Vridhi's voice as she replied,
Vridhi:- Ek minute rukiye mai abhi dawai lekar aati hu.
(Wait a minute, I'll get the medicine.)
As she rushed toward the door, Ashvik's mind raced.
Ashvik(thinking):- Ab ke karu.
(What should I do now?)
Ashvik called after her, trying to stop her.
Ashvik:- Na maare ki wo dawai na khani jo rakhi hai maine wahi khayi thi aur maara pet aur jyada dard kar raha se.
(No, don't get that medicine. I already took it, and my stomach hurts even more now.)
Vridhi, still in a flurry, hesitated,
Vridhi:- Thik hai aap rukiye mai abhi staff ko bolti hu.
(Okay, wait, I'll tell the staff.)
Before Ashvik could object, she was already on the phone with the hotel staff. Moments later, a polite knock sounded at the door.
The staff member entered, professional yet concerned.
Staff:- Yes ma'am,how can I help you?
Vridhi:- Actually my husband's stomach is hurting a lot.Can you bring medicine for him.
The staff smiled and stepped closer to Ashvik,
Staff:-Can I check, sir?
Ashvik shifted uncomfortably under the staff's scrutiny.
Ashvik:- Je ke kar raha hai tu.
(What are you doing?)
Staff:- Sir, checking you.
Ashvik eyed him suspiciously.
Ashvik:- Thaare ko Rajasthani aati hai.
(Do you know Rajasthani?)
Staff:- Ha,mai india se hi hu toh mujhe aati hai.
(Yes, I'm from India, so I know it.)
Ashvik's discomfort increased.
Ashvik:- Par tu doctor na hai tu maare ko check kyu kar raha se.
(But you're not a doctor, why are you checking me?)
The staff, unfazed, turned to Vridhi.
Staff:- Ma'am,sir ko boliye na thodi der shaant rahe.
(Ma'am, please tell him to stay calm for a bit.)
