Mumbai's humid breeze greeted Arya and Hrihaan as they stepped off the plane, the warmth mingling with the excitement radiating from Arya. She had traveled before both within the country and internationally but this was her first trip with Hrihaan after their wedding. Her face lit up with uncontainable joy, a bright contrast to the busy airport surroundings.
Arya:- Finally,hum aagaye.
(Finally, we've arrived.)
Hrihaan, watching Arya's happiness, couldn't help but smile. Her enthusiasm was infectious.
Hrihaan(teasing):- Ha aagayi,ab chale.
(Yes, we've arrived. Now shall we go?)
Arya(confused):- Kaha?
(Where?)
Hrihaan(mock-serious):- Pura din atthe aise hi khade rehne ka irada hai ke Hotel mai aur kaha.
(Is your plan to stand here all day, or are we going to the hotel?)
Arya(laughing):- Oh ha,chalo.
(Oh yes,let's go.)
They hailed a cab, and the bustling streets of Mumbai soon surrounded them car horns blaring, people hurrying along, and the scent of street food lingering in the air. Arya stared out the window, taking in the city's vibrance, while Hrihaan watched her, finding her excitement far more fascinating than the city itself.
In the hotel,
As they entered their room, the soft sound of the door closing behind them left a moment of calm. The room was spacious and elegant, with a plush king-sized bed and a large window offering a view of the bustling Mumbai skyline. The faint scent of fresh linen filled the air, and the muted hum of the air conditioner added a comforting background noise.
Hrihaan dropped his bag onto the bed, stretching his arms before turning to Arya, who was still absorbing the surroundings, her excitement from earlier slightly dimmed by the exhaustion of the journey.
Hrihaan(smiling):- Tu naha waha kar thoda aaram karle phir hum ghumne chalenge aur thaare liye naye kapde bhi kharidenge aur shaamko party mai bhi jana se.
(You go take a shower and relax a bit, then we'll go out and buy some new clothes for you, and we'll also go to the party tonight.)
Arya's expression changed, her earlier excitement now clouded by a hint of sadness. She sat down on the edge of the bed, fiddling with her fingers.
Arya(disappointed):- Kya?Aaj hi hai party iska matlab hum kal chale jayenge hame dhang se ghumne bhi nahi milega.
(What? Since it's a party, that means we'll have to leave tomorrow. We won't even get to explore properly.)
Hrihaan:- Tu ghabra kis waste rahi hai tu chinta na kar tu jab tak bolegi hum idhar hi rehwenge.
(Why are you worried? Don't worry, as long as you say, we'll stay right here.)
Arya's eyes flickered with hope, but her thoughts immediately went to her family back home.
Arya:- Par Tauji.
( But Tauji.)
Hrihaan:- Tu unki fikar na kar tu jab tak chahegi hum atthe hi rahenge.
(Don't worry about him; as long as you want, we'll stay.)
A smile slowly spread across Arya's face, her worries melting away as she let out a breath of relief.
Arya( happily):- Sacchi.
( Really?)
Hrihaan(grinning):- Ha.
(Yes.)
Arya:- Phir thik hai mai abhi ja rahi hu nahane phir hum baadme dher saari shopping karne chalenge ok.
