"It doesn't mean anything romantic if you you kiss your friend in forhead, right?" Asked Beomgyu.
Taehyun looked at him confused.
"Depends. Why do you ask though?"
"Umm.... nothing. Randomly thought."
"Are you thinking of forhead kissing anyone?"
"What? No! Just.....you know, my brain has lots of stuffs." And Beomgyu left immediately.

Beomgyu worked full-time in a famous restaurant. Taehyun usually got his breakfasts from there and just like almost every other regulars there, he had a good friendship with Beomgyu.

Beomgyu had his charms and all, funny as well, but a bit shy type. He was close with HueningKai, other part-time worker in that restaurant.

So what happened was that one day Kai was crying alone in the kitchen when the restaurant was about to close. Beomgyu and the manager saw him.
"W-what happened to you? Tell me, please, don't hurt yourself alone."
"M-my results aren't that good. Maybe I'll have to work here full-time after a few days."

Beomgyu wanted to lecture him about that it wasn't like only people bad in studies worked in restaurants, but he knew it was a wrong time.

"Kai-ah, my friend, you're okay. Your results are okay too. You just have work a little harder. Everything is okay." Then he kissed his forhead.

That was by almost like ...... subconsciously?

"If not now, everything WILL be okay." He said again.

Their manager was looking at them weirdly, and when Beomgyu was about to leave, he asked,"So, is there something between you and Kai?"
"Yes? Oh, we're friends, you know that!" Beomgyu answered.
"Then what about the forhead kiss earlier? Do anyone do something so romantic to a friend?"
"N-no I didn't mean like that!" And he rushed out of the restaurant.

And then Beomgyu didn't even know if that was actually romantic or not.

Taehyun and the manager made him confused.

"Beomgyu hyung, what's wrong? You're ignoring me?" Kai pouted putting his face close to Beomgyu's.
Beomgyu jumped. "H-hey! Don't do things like this! I'd be scared!"
Kai laughed and sat beside him.
"Tell me, why're you not talking much to me? Although you're talking your fullest with customers?"
"No no I'm not ignoring you." Beomgyu paused. "Just that.... you know, working in restaurants isn't that bad?"
"You mean?"
"I mean, you were talking that day that how sad you were thinking about what if you have to work full-time here just because you're not getting enough of good grades. It's not true, even I have really high degree too, but I'm here because I love to cook and to see people's expression when they enjoy it."

Kai thought for a while. "Honestly, I pretty much like working here. I have you, by my side all the time. I enjoy my times here with you."
Beomgyu gulped as he went a bit nervous.
"What about the food?"
"I'm just good at cooking and didn't want to waste the talent. Though did never know will meet such a nice guy like you."

"Why's he only bringing me up?" Beomgyu thought.

"Oh, one thing, hyung. I liked the forhead kiss that day! You are such a sweety!" HueningKai teased.
Beomgyu didn't know what to say, but the next words just slipped out from his mouth.

"So, would you like it if I do it more often?"

HueningKai's eyes widened. And if Beomgyu noticed right, he blushed too. As Kai was about to stand up, Beomgyu said, "What's your response?"

"Yes." Kai replied shyly.

Beomgyu said to Taehyun as he handed him his breakfast,"Taehyun-ah, I've been forhead kissing him now more often. Yesterday when I walked him to his house, I kept on kissing his forhead like within seconds and said in between that 'this was for your kindness', 'this was for your sweetness', then 'this was for your purity' and-"
"You forhead kissed who?" Taehyun asked shocked.
"O-oh, I forgot to tell you, there's a guy works here part-time, we're friends and he likes my forhead kisses a lot-"
"So this is why you asked that day that is forhead kiss romantic or not? Then? What do you think it is?"

Beomgyu said cluelessly, "I-i dunno. I like kissing his forhead too. Then yesterday I even asked him to kiss mine and he did that too...."
"I have to clear this then." Taehyun cleared his throat.
"Choi Beomgyu, there's no way you're enjoying forhead kisses to a friend. No way you can expect the other to do the same too. So, I confirm this is romantic."
"Is that?" Beomgyu blushed. "What do you think he'd do if I ask him out?"
"You know the best." Taehyun smirked. "Best of luck!"
